Dancing with Demons is the 3rd installment to this story. Wendy is trying to deal with the repercussions from her decision not to take the life of Brandt to sustain her own, there is a rift between her and Matt that she can't seem to fix. Wendy starts the last semester of her high school career, not knowing if she will live long enough to start college or even knowing what may happen to her next. The other students at her school are still gossiping about her and everything that transpired the previous semester, so trying to keep out of the spotlight doesn't seem to be working out for Wendy.

Now there are new students that seem to have found their way into the tight group of friends made up by Wendy, Halle, and Jackson and Wendy is not sure how to handle all the changes that have happened in her life along with the changes in her friends lives as well. Feeling a little left out, when the dreams return, but with a much different feel to them, Wendy keeps quiet again. She is keeping secrets and doesn't have any answers to what will happen next in her life. When it seems as though Wendy is losing control, her mother takes her away for the weekend to get some answers. What happens next is just more questions and decisions that must be made, and without any clue where to start Wendy is confused.

When things out of the ordinary start happening more often, Wendy has made a decision to move away to try and save the lives of the friends she loves. But with emotions running high, Wendy runs into more problems that seem to be out to destroy her.

This was another installment that dragged me under from the start and wouldn't let go until the end, and I'm still wanting more.

**I received my copy of Dancing with Demons from Andrea in exchange for an honest review**
Okay, how do I start? Hmm...well, this series is very different (to me) in the fact that the main character, a succubus, doesn't embrace her nature. Wendy, the main character, fights her demon nature & refuses to take the life energy from anyone in order to keep living.
Anyway, this book picks up a few months after the first one & the action is immediate. New students, new teacher & new changes.
There's danger made present from Wendy losing her necklace & then the other students are getting sick. There are plenty of twists & turns, plot shockers & moments that will make you gasp!
The new guy has a strange connection to Wendy, the new girl turn out to be an important part of her life; then hunters are still coming after her & there's a crazy incubus determined to claim her as his own.
I can promise you that there is not one moment in this book that doesn't have some form of action.
I loved reading this book & am super excited about the next book in this wonderful series!

I had the opportunity to beta read Dancing with Demons. Wendy sure has a way of getting in trouble in this fun read. We start the book with her love life finally under control, but things go bad from there. Lots of seemingly unimportant things lead to disaster, and Wendy finds herself being hunted again. This is a quick, fun read and we get to know more about the supernatural aspect of this series. By the end, I was questioning some of Wendy's decisions, but she's pretty young, so I'm giving her a break, lol.

I'm looking forward to reading the next book.

This series is amazing. I'm hooked and all I can hope for is she makes sure to finish this series not just in book form, or as an ebook, but especially in audio format. I don't read because I'm hooked on listening. The narrator brings the stories to life and there's nothing like it, unless you're watching a play.

My review will be available on Audible and once I post it then I'll come back and update the page.
