Another awesome volume that I loved and had so much fun reading. It's crazy that this series is almost over, but I am glad that I decided to read this. There are so many things that weren't explained in the anime so I am really glad that I was filled in with the gaps of the plot with this manga.

Shizuku is a studybug who cares about her studies as her first priority. Haru is a crazy guy who was suspended on the first day of school and refuses to go back. Shizuku was given the job to give Haru his homework, along with trying to convince him to come back to school. They form a cute relationship, but they don't know how they feel about each other. Both are confused but slowly face reality and find the answers to their questions.
Shizuku's character development is great, she is so much more stronger and has so many people to talk to. Haru has also grown into a more mature man, but is still crazy! Natsume is cute and I love how she looks out for her friends, but she needs to think about what she says before she delivers a message because people can get hurt. Sasayan is an awesome friend who looks out for everyone and is honest. Micchan is cool and one of the best adults that I've read about in manga. Haru's brother seems like trouble but he is hilarious as well. Iyo is full of herself but is a lot like her brother. Yamaken is a good friend and supports the people that he likes.
I loved learning more about Haru in this volume, and I am hoping to learn more. Since I know so much about Shizuku, it would be nice to learn more about Haru. I want them to communicate more and tell each other about themselves. Their relationship is complicated but it's super sweet. I can't wait to read more about their accomplishments and their pasts.
The pacing is much faster in these volumes and it is getting much more interesting. I can't wait to read the next volume!

THIS IS WHAT I CAME HERE FOR
True bliss! Everything finally, albeit slowly, fitting into its rightful places. And lastly, the truth about Haru will be revealed in the next volume! I can't wait!! There are still at least 4 volumes and I can't wait for Natsume to finally realize her feelings for Sasayan!! Augh, this is all what I came here for!!
I was so giddy that I didn't put any comments on the previous volume but augh, I'm just glad that Shizuku's pot is now filled with "life." Dang, I'm so happy right now! I think it's been a while since I felt this satisfaction from reading a shoujo manga. These days, I'm mostly frowning on girl's manga contents, but this series never fails to crack me up! Yep, I can finally say it. It's one of my comfort shoujo manga. Such a treat every single time. It never makes me feel stressed and only makes me laugh with these weird, friendly characters.

I'm starting to love this series.
Surprisngly, I'm not just following series out of curiousity to know Haru's past. I'm reading it because I love characters and the way they develope. It's just like real life; everything is so ambiguous that you'll never know if your choice was right, or that how others think or feel. I just want to watch their desicions and the consequences closely.

4.5 stars. We are really getting closer to the end, though I am worried on how it will end, it feels like it still can go on for a long time. Also Iyo is just getting annoying and I just wish she wasn't added. We also find out more about Haru's past. \o/

I read this series on a whim while waiting for Ao Haru Ride updates.
I never expected to love this one so much!! I love the illustrations of the mangaka and the plot of the story too. It's filled with cutesy scenes and such (though not all of it).
The story starts with a misunderstanding on Haru-kun's side, as he thinks that Shizuku is a friend of his. The guy is pretty dense on just about everything though, so that explains it. From this encounter then starts a rollercoaster ride.
Shizuku (the female protagonist) on the other hand, is so straightforward (and I love that about her) up towards the end.
I wouldn't want to overhype this read because I'm probaly late but this is really good. Towards the end of the manga made me feel somewhat unhappy because it was coming to an end and when it did ended I felt empty (and the never ending search for the next best manga begins! ;/). So much for that, I want/ed to read more of this.

Entah kenapa, saya lebih suka sama plotnya Sasayan dan Natsume ketimbang Shizuku dan Haru. Ada sesuatu yang lebih nyata dan manis dalam hubungannya mereka.

Esta serie esta empeorando en los últimos tomos. Una pena, en vez de seguir avanzando parece que no hayamos pasado del primer tomo.

Starting to get a little bit bored. Mitty and Haru are kind of making progress...we end this volume with her finally getting frustrated about how little she knows about him and his family life, so hopefully he'll start opening up about that soon. Unclear what happened to his birth mother, but his father is a serial cheater (and currently in the news for the latest scandal), and it's clear from the beginning there's not a lot of love lost in that family.
Much of this volume felt a little bit repetitive; did we really need another camping trip, plus the festival? And then, sadly, Yamaken telling Mitty that he has no intention of staying friends with her, and Mitty accepting this as something she was willing to give up to be with Haru. I get it, but it's still kind of sad.
Meanwhile, Yamaken's weird little sister is now interested in Haru's weird older brother, who talks a big game but appears to be afraid of girls...so not sure if that's going to end up anywhere.
But unexpected progress is finally happening with Natsume and Sasayan. The scene with them holding hands was pretty cute, and I like that they bring unusual things out of each other; she's the only person who ever frustrates his unflappable temper, and he's the only guy who looks past her pretty face to lecture her about her shortcomings.
That sounds more negative than it should; they actually help each other to think more deeply about things, and decide what matters to them and what they want to do with their time. They're cute, and I'm back to assuming they'll wind up together by the end.

Pensé que ya había puesto la reseña aquí pero al parecer me he olvidado de escribirlo.
Después de hojear un poco el manga, recordé que fue uno de los que más me ha gustado aún más que el de San Valentín porque el desarrollo de estos dos chicos es hermoso, muy fluido; además de que no solo se ven juntos, sino que van a festivales, se agarran de las manos, se besan más. Me va gustando mucho, además de que al fin los otros dos ya empiezan a ver algo después de esos corazones rotos, siempre vemos más confesiones.
Igual me quedo aún con la interrogante de la familia de Haru, tengo una teoría pero no estoy del todo segura porque puede ser que cambie. Me queda solo esperar a ver que pasará, porque el final que nos dieron da para seguir leyendo el siguiente volumen. Yo creo que no esperare tanto.
Buenas lecturas les deseo.

La serie mi stava piacendo molto, ma a partire dal vol. 8 ha iniziato un po' a rompermi. Questo volume 9 poi ho fatto fatica a finirlo. Yuzan e Ando sono insopportabili (il secondo poi è pure inquietante vista la sua perversione), Natsume e Sasa non li shippo proprio insieme (ma bisogna sempre per forza accoppiare tutti?! Stanno così bene come amici!), Mitti mi piace ancora molto nei suoi momenti da stoica ma non quando si imbarazza, perde tutto il suo fascino. Haru mi lascia abbastanza indifferente. Gli unici personaggi che tirano avanti la baracca per me sono YAMAKEN e OOSHIMA. Spero in qualche colpo di scena futuro, ma allo stato attuale la serie ha perso gran parte della sua originalità...

La verdad es que este manga está gustándome demasiado, ya llegó a un punte en que la historia siento que avanza, dejé de confundirme con los personajes y sus nombres y he comprendido mejor la historia.
También me ha hecho sonreír y gritar en algunas escenas realmente muy buenas. Y tienes a pizca que me encanta leer en el romance. Gracias al cielo no lo deje de leer porque definitivamente se está poniendo muy bueno.

Przerywam tę serię. Nie chce mi się tego czytać. Manga miała cień potencjału, ale okazała się nudna i wtórna. Romans był nijaki, oboje najpierw mówią, że kochają drugą osobę, a potem nagle stwierdzają, że jednak nie.
To nie jest najgorsza manga, jaką widziałam. Ale nie widzę sensu w czytaniu jej dalej, skoro tak bardzo mnie nie rusza.

this might be one of my favorite volumes! it’s so cute!! I love the pacing of this manga because it gives you what you came for without you waiting forever! I mean I love slow burn but sometimes I just to see Haru being so ADORABLE by being pet by Shizuku 🥺♥️
