A conflicted sniper. A terrified daughter. A distraught test subject.
An impossible mission.
Naomi is now the Stormrazors’ last hope. With their base running on fumes, she must lead the freedom fighters in their toughest mission taking an AI-controlled US military base.
But forces are closing in from all sides. The base is more dangerous than they realize. The Blazers, intent on revenge, have tracked them down. And one person in their own ranks might be banking on their failure.
Forces collide in this action-packed season finale of MADERA STEEL.
This book is the finale for Madera Steel series and it did not disappoint.
Although this book seemed more plot focused, I loved the little glimpses of character and friendship growth. I wish I could have seen more of it but with the fast-paced plot, it was still an addictive book.
The plot had challenge after challenge and I loved it. The small moments of peace were made so much better for this reason. The plot twist in the middle was also amazing. I feel like the author gave hints throughout the other stories and they all connected in this one.
I loved this whole series and can't wait to continue reading about these characters' lives. Jonah though... the book had an end I didn't expect. I patiently(impatiently) am waiting for season 2 to come out.
This book is a 'season finale,' not the actual last book in the story that's been set up, and there are plenty of loose threads. It's more of a turning point than a real ending. I'm sure it was well done; I'm just having trouble seeing past my urge to strangle a few characters.
