I read this book as part of a book study for work. I appreciate all of the information and tips. I appreciate that the author speaks from a psychological, brain-based, research-based perspective throughout the book. It is a fairly quick read, but I’d recommend taking the time to take notes, highlight, and tab idea you want to remember. The Wellness Inventory and Change Organizer were very insightful and impactful. They helped me determine the areas in which I am not living up to my full wellness potential.
