Appoline Bonnais avait 7 ans lorsqu'elle a été kidnappée. L'inspecteur Richard Wimms la retrouve 10 ans plus tard. Une chambre forte a été installée pour la retenir dans sa maison par Antoine Carasse. Les rôles ont l'air parfaitement distribués, mais... les choses sont-elles toujours aussi simples que nous les présentent les médias ?

About the author

Jean-David Morvan is a French comic author, best known as the creator of the Sillage/Wake series.

After studying arts at the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels, he first tried being a graphic artist, but eventually settled for writing instead.

His main series are 'Spirou and Fantasio', 'Sir Pyle' and 'Merlin', all with José Luis Munuera, and 'Sillage', with Philippe Buchet.

While I’m reading in French to train myself to get better with the language, I’ve decided to go towards BDs because they can help me most thanks to the images, this was a quick reading that I wanted to keep up going until I finished because it was intriguing, I think it was quite a short story very to the point but I wish they could have gone further into different aspects of the story but I’m not sure that’s how BD’s work. Interesting enough, good design and easy read.
