If I could I would give this 6 stars or more. There were very few people with this spiritual wisdom who ever lived. He’s an Orthodox saint, and I’m Catholic, but I see him as a great great saint, he might have surpassed the old hermits of ancient times because he lived in times of much peril and even had to serve in world war II as a soldier, and what a huge soul, maybe God didn’t send us another flood because of people like him.

Quite funny and sometimes there was even a point for christian standards. Many instructions for cadet monks and useful insight to religious ferver. Suggested additional reading THAIS by Anatol France
