This is a very short book, only fifty-something pages long. As the title suggests, you can easily read it all in a single day. Of course, this also means that it doesn't really go into much depth on the topic. However, I did pick up some interesting points that I hadn't encountered before – the difference between relaxation techniques, activities and attitudes as well as physical, psychological and holistic relaxation. I also got some new ideas for relaxing things to try. I do still think the book could have been a bit more in-depth though even with its brevity, though I guess it's designed more for people who are total beginners.

If you want a really quick introduction to relaxation, then this may be a good way to start. If you already know a bit but would like an overview to consolidate your knowledge, this is also a good book to try. If nothing else, it'll be over quickly!
