The Book Report: A beautiful, buff boy-babe lies tied to crisp white sheets. He's perfect, tanned, groomed, manscaped...his genitals are tied tightly...his body is in the throes of complete release.

My Review: In 1400 words, the whole reason pain turns men on is played out from both sides. That's not an easy feat.
Some details don't quite make it, and would need to be looked at again. There are some word choices that aren't quite up to the standard set by the author's fearless imagination. But these are quibbles. If you were ever in your life curious about the giving and receiving of pain as an act of love and sexual gratification, read this. You'll understand.

Another freebie from last year's Love is Always Write event. 4 stars for a smoking hot little read, and 10 stars for the picture prompt....gorgeous!! I'm not going into any more detail, it's so short that it only takes a few minutes to read, unless you're stuck looking at the prompt picture like I was.

This is hard to rate. It starts at the end of a sex scene and the story ends right when he releases.
No names. No character details. No clue who his master is. No relationship details. Nothing really except the moment captured in the picture.
That said I did like it. It did an amazing job of adding depth to the picture in so few words. But for me I need a lot more to really enjoy a story. This kind of felt like the adult excerpt of a story and I want the rest.

Sometimes, although rarely, a short says it all and this was one of the rare ones , it conveyed the picture prompt to a T.

Well written, smoking hot scene that left me longing for more.
After reading part 2: I really, really enjoyed seeing this from the dom's side. It was beautifully written, though I was having a hard time matching the eloquent descriptions with the ex-con, dirty fingernailed, tattooed, sexy man doing the speaking. I loved that we learned more about the man on the bed and how they met. I still feel as though every time I read something by Jason, it is more teasing in the big scheme of teases. Just enough to get me hooked and drooling, but never enough to satisfy. I really hope we get more in the not-so-distant future.

Just be is another great contribution to the "LiAW" event organizied by the m/m romance group. The promot picture was really intense and I wanted to know more about the situation displayed in it immediately. The author throws us right into a very intense BDSM scene and managed to make the prompt picture come alive in every detail. The story is very very short, but somehow I got a feeling for the MC's. There wasn't much background information on them, but somehow the few words said made them feel real. This really left me wanting for more! It was interessting to get the scene from the sub's and the dom's POV! 4 stars for this smoking hot short read!

Amazing hot, short story about a sub's experience as he is undergoing a session with his Dom. Jason's story was a focused moment in time based on the photo prompt. All the sensations and thoughts of the sub are conveyed to such an extent that the readers could put themselves in the character's place.

I usually don't like short stories as there is not enough emotion in them for me. Boy, did this short prove me wrong. The two separate POV's are just amazing. I was in tears by the end of the first paragraph of the Dom's POV.
Love the writing style and look forward to reading more by this author.

BDSM is not my normal cup of tea, but this short is very hot and super intense without making me feel squeamish in any way. Seeing the other perspective added a whole extra layer of emotional depth to this story.
