Called the “Dark Goddess of BDSM Erotica” by AfterDark Online, Breanne is a self- proclaimed "Nympho Humiliation Pain Slut". Breanne dabbled in a little bit of fiction writing prior to her joining Michael Alexander Stories, working for Lady Ann's Role Play Brothel as well as posting the short story "The Computer" under the name Amanda Erickson. In January of 2010, Breanne was asked to assist with Michael Alexander's BDSM Blog, adding short "daily assignments" designed to attract interest and keep the blog fresh. What started out as a daily amusement eventually turned into a monster, changing from daily to weekly, but broadening in depth and scope. Breanne's story begins with her at 12 years old. She starts without any knowledge of sexuality and begins by exploring her own body. She finds her rhythm with her high school friend and dominant female lover Kari. They start out watching porn together and daring each other to try different scenes. Soon Kari has Breanne naked pretty much all the time when she's at her house. She adds whipping her, and tying her down to their sexual play.
Then they move to using other people in their games. Kari sends boys to Breanne. They are instructed to hand her notes Breanne must do whatever the notes say. To say the least the notes contain sexual acts.
There are various stories explained in detail in this epic erotic tale. It's very worth reading if you LOVE BDSM where the main character adores pain and humiliation.
You have to realize Breanne gets off on "being abused". There's no way around it. A lot of the book details her accounts of being sexually tortured in ways many people will find cringeworthy while others will be titillated. She loves getting spanked, whipped, caned, bitten, smacked, clamped. All on various sensitive parts of her body.
What I liked most about this story is the evolution of Breanne. Even though she started out knowing nothing about sex (like everyone else lol). She eventually embraced her kinkiness that most people would see as depraved. She was paraded around with a vibrator inside her in public and she loved it. It's a great book and I highly recommend.

Started out as attempting to be a serious book but quickly ends up being an unimaginative porn story. Where the main character could probably orgasm from a dirty look. Read much better stories on Literoritca.

As Breanne's editor, any review from me is of course biased. So instead I shall compare "Coming of Age - A BDSM Romance" to her other works. With conviction I can say that "Coming of Age" is no doubt Breanne Erickson's best work yet. It is poignant, dramatic, arousing, heartbreaking, and yet restorative. The evolution of the young Breanne into the woman she is today is something to fall in love with. Part biography and part confessional, "Coming of Age - A BDSM Romance" is this era's true tale of female sexual exploration. I urge you to read "Coming of Age." It is well worth the time, tears, and satisfaction.

What do you get when you combine a coming of age story with hardcore BDSM with confession. You get this. The book has hardcore sex that is some of the most exciting ever put down on paper. At the same time you have a heart felt ending that brings tears to your eyes when you realize everything the make Breanne who she is.
I would recommend that you read her other books first and then read this one. That puts this book in context with who the author is.
A must read.

I have to think about this review for a bit. Still feeling the effects from this book. But I will say after completing it, it was effing AMAZING!!!
