Will Power is a story of three brothers and their connection to a beach house in the quaint shore town of Lewes, DE. The house had been in the family for generations when a beautiful redhead and an unexpected relative enter their lives. Romance and power struggles become a heartbreaking combination changing family dynamics forever.
I don't really know how to rate this book. I was frustrated through a lot of it, even found myself skimming a lot of it. I liked the story. The twists and turns caught me off guard. I wish the character development was better though, especially as far as Dex was concerned. I never fell in love with his character and wanted to, if that makes sense. In fact, the only character I truly felt like I knew was Dan. The brothers were pretty young to lose one parent to cancer and one to a stroke. I'll probably revist this review...
I enjoyed this book but felt that some more editing would have helped.
I live in the region where this book take place, and while I enjoy references to places and things I know, I felt that the author spent too much time telling us about the region, at time detracting from the story line.
