My favourite very funny moment:
“I start trying to think erotic thoughts. For some reason images of my granny keep popping in. So I’m like “hey gran, fuck off out of my erotic thought, it’s wrong and it’s inhibiting my erection.” Gran doesn’t leave without a fight. “
Do you get what I mean?
I bought this book translated into macedonian. I loved every single page. There were moments when I laughed aloud with tears in my eyes. I promise, I'm going to buy all books by this author in future. The end was a little bit predictable, but most of the book was so entertaining so it didn't matter at all. I couldn't put the book down. The story is like male version of "Bridget Jones", so BJ fans are going to love this book. I've never read story like this before. it's so fresh and new. It all started when James Kennedy fell in love with his colleague. But he had only one small problem, in the bedroom. After many failures,he asked for help. Not ordinary professional help. Well, sort of professional. I won't reveal more. So, "let the games begin!", or read the sex lessons.
And one more time:
“I feel her hand move around my back and down to my arse. She grabs both cheeks hard. Then a feeling. And it’s not a feeling I want right now. No, not that. You won’t believe this but I suddenly have an urgent need to fart. Like badly. Don’t ask me why I didn’t do it in the toilet, I have no idea. I move my hands over her breasts and down to her skirt. I clench myself as tightly as I can, there is no way I can let this one go.”

This book is f****** hilarious! Daniel Grant, you are the man... This is definitely great chick lit with balls. It's awesome and refreshing to read chick lit written from the other perspective. I just loved the flow of the book. You know how female authors often bother with details, long and unnecessary dialogues which have nothing to do with the heart of the story? I loved this book because this is a man who doesn't bother you with unnecessary parts and conversations. He is funny, he is direct, he is a guy.
Loved the story cause I wasn't sure how it's going to end. Lauren or Sarah? I liked Sarah more because of her character, but Lauren is better "on paper". Here - I made a mistake or Daniel Grant made a mistake by putting this info on his website:) - I opened his web site before I finish the book to check on few details and by mistake I saw this one sentence that told me which girl is he going to end up with. Anyway, I enjoyed the book and read it till the end.
Let me be honest, this book doesn't have some WOW story, some twists and turns, nothing special. The most special fact here is that the author is a guy with great sense of humor and that makes this book cool.

What a fun read! I loved this book. I laughed my way through this whole story, and can't wait to read more of Daniel's work! Excellent way to spend the day! *applauds wildly*

Considering I bought this book for $2.99 from the Amazon Kindle book store, this book was amazing! It was hilariously funny and thoroughly entertaining. I usually am not a fan of novels told in 1st person narration but Daniel Grant created James Kennedy to be the type of character who makes everything seem interesting and funny. I especially liked the chapter where James and Lauren are in the closet at work and James feels the need to let out some gas. It made me chuckle and look like a mad woman. I absolutely loved it.

I've just finished reading the book and I found it very enjoyable and funny. Plus, it was great to see the different shades of James Kennedy's personality and his dilemmas as a friend, a professional, a lover and an ex-lover. My favourite part: Lauren and James in the closet. Simply hilarious!!!

Funny, cute, charming,uniquely written :)

Absolutely loved it, I couldn't put it down finished it in three nights, laughed all the way through it and really happy about the ending.

Actually the book is better than this rating suggest. It is easy to read and it is really funny. I actually laughed out loud several times. Daniel Grant has a great sense of humor and irony.

Easy to read, but very predictable. There were no turns and twists to make you wondering how the story will end. You can read it very fast.

I enjoyed the "British-ness"!
I liked the characters and it was a refreshing light read that made me laugh several times. The only thing I didn't like was the "breaking of the fourth wall" technique. Maybe if it was used more consistently throughout it wouldn't have detracted from the story, but to me, every time it happened it was like a light tap to the cheek reminding me, "Hey, you are reading right now."
But I do like the way he writes!

Absolutely hilarious! Had me chuckling the whole way through. A bit of comedy, romance and very rude sex moments which do honestly make you laugh out loud! Will look more into this author in the future!
