This book is a quick read for anyone who wants to understand themselves and others better. The great thing about this book is that it was written with the Filipino audience in mind. The context is straightforward to relate to and, therefore, easy to apply.

Bcoz "dominants" tend to get bored..hehe anyway,DISCLAIMER: My POV/musings, RESPECT IT. I'll respect yours too. Just dont be vulgar. :)

Know why there are some indv'ls who can't manage/lead/supervise groups of people? It's bcoz they are more absorbed with theirselves (I THINK ONLY OF ME), their ventures and other stuff to the point that they are being egotistic & arrogant biatches & they hardly noticed or have time to understand others, Plus they tend to feed on nega vibes & barely take in.depth understanding on the weaknesses of others.

We may have wondered why others don't succeed or they may have succeeded but they dont have that happy fulfillment. That is why if we wish to be a great leader, be a good follower. Practice what you preach FIRST so others will.

Moreover, let's have plenty of time to understand the different personalities we encounter; WHY? Bcoz others' "differences" gives us valuable insights about them & will complement the things we do (though, sadly there are some who overlooked at those differences). I'm thankful to have bought & read this book as this gives me the opportunity to enhance my people skills & other aspects. "I believe that one mark of true greatness is to develop greatness in others.-JM" "Success + Fulfillment = Life's Greatness."

Found out that aside from I'm dominant, I have a steady personality :P
