I liked how the novella and short stories in this third installment of the 10th Circle saga were thematically linked to Hope's election of a new police chief (the old one having bit the dust in the 2nd Circle).

Election-- A lovely twist in the Harry vs. the Satin Veil Killer continuing plotline.
The Sign-- Hilarious. They take their election lawn signs seriously in Hope.
In the Blink of an Eye-- We return to Jack and Molly from the 1st circle novella. Good action, plus a telepathic 80 lb psycho named after yours truly. What more could you want?
Best Laid Plans-- Intros a new character whom I hope will return. Shimmer is a survivor. Good tension throughout this story as she escapes Hope for an uncertain future in Glory.
Mitigating Circumstances-- Continues One Horrible Day in 2nd circle, joining up the disparate plotlines.
