Whisper is the 6th and final book in K.O. Newman’s Lords of Khaos: Ironwood MC series. From the moment Whisper was introduced in this series I have been in love and invested in the character. While I am sad that this chapter of the series is ending I have been impatiently waiting for Whisper’s story, and I was not disappointed. Kat always writes incredible characters that tug at your heartstrings and bury themselves into your soul. I knew Whisper was going to gut me and I hadn’t even seen all of her backstory. Whisper’s journey broke my heart, how she’s even standing is a testament to her inner strength, even when she can’t see it herself. Theron was a surprise for me. I was a little disappointed when I first realized that Whisper wasn’t mated to someone in LOKI because I love all of the characters. However, Theron and Scar blew me out of the water. That man was full of surprises and each one made me fall a little more in love. Their chemistry is insanely hot and watching her walls come down was such an emotional journey. I love the full circle moment of Cherry and Les helping Theron with with all of Whisper’s baggage. Those two hold a special place in my heart and their duet is what really made me fall in love with Whisper. I wasn’t expecting the politically charged plot, but it was so interesting. The twists and turns, angst and tension, the emotions and love had me glued to the pages. All of the changes really have made it a whole new world and I can’t wait to see what is in store for everyone in LOKI. This is a must read book and an incredible series, all the stars, Kat you are a writing rock star!

The best part is the tie to the real world that this book finally brings in. A must read for shifter romance lovers!

Oh my heart!
I don’t know what I can say without giving spoilers … other than KO Newman has done it again.
Not only is there spice, and the MC’s normal shenanigans but the story is the best yet.
Whisper’s history is darker than I imagined, but nothing her Mate can’t help her heal from - and oh what a mate he is.
Trust me go read this book now.

Holy shiitake mushrooms! Whisper is going to rip you open and make you hold your breath and probably cry a few times! Tissues should be at hand!
Whispers and Therons story is absolutely a gut wrenching but beautiful story. The way they connect and Theron is able to see things, just a true romantic read! Yes there is action and high angst but it’s the moments in between that hit all the right notes of love!
So very glad to read this story!
