A small time crook is blackmailed into being the 'stepfather' of a pair of 13 years old twin brothers (the twins are left abandoned and unchecked by their parents, who had run off with their own lovers, wow) Many heart-warming dramas and mysteries ensured.
It's a highly entertaining and the stories do have meaningful messages about family, kinship, friendship and 'honor among thieves' so to speak, it is totally worth your while.
An anthology about a found family. It’s a bit disappointing we never found out more about the twins’ parents, but I guess it doesn’t make much of a difference to the plot. The MC is hilarious.
