My niece was attracted to the cute cover. The book has many cute picture inside, as well, so my niece wasn't disappointed. The book was a weird combination of "this pet ferret likes this" with photos and then "A Ferret Story" with illustrations. The glossary didn't define "frisky," which we wanted to know from the book but didn't learn. We did like the inclusion on the "fun facts" page that a group of ferrets is called a business but the book seemed disjointed.
