Funny, sweet, charming, and thoughtful - this is a great book that I'd recommended to half a dozen people within a few days of finishing it. You know how some YA books read very much like they were written specifically for their audience? This one did, sure, but in a way that didn't feel alienating to someone like me who is way past the "young" label. Instead, for me this brought back a lot of nostalgic feelings and a sense that while I probably got something slightly different out of this than an actual current young person would, we both got something good.

Although the premise is time time travel lite, told in a wryly humorous tone that is itself fairly light, this novel is no lightweight. Packed into this genuinely funny story is a very serious concept, presented in a contemplative manner that is never heavy-handed or preachy. It's true that "what if you could change your past?" isn't exactly a unique concept but Mylnowski offers a couple less commonly used twists for freshness and tells a story that would still be interesting without the gimmick.

The protagonist isn't a perfect human but she is perfectly human, engaging, likable and fun and I was invested in both of her selves early on which made reading this even more a pleasure.

M/F romance (well not really the HEA romance)
I don't think there was any cheating. However, I did read this a long time ago, so I am not 100% sure.

This was a bittersweet ending.
Surprisingly I did not mind.
I think this sort of ending is sometimes needed especially around teenage when we tend to romanticize a lot of things.
I enjoyed reading it. It is more for younger audience. And I am glad I read it when I was around that age.

Definitely written for teens.

The moral behind the story is great! Find balance in your life between school, love, family, etc.

The book low-key stressed me out though. She wishes she could talk to her fourteen year old self and when it comes true they start messing with the past and changing the future. The older version of herself gets kind of annoying and bossy too.

Not enough love story to it either. :/ But the little bit that was in there was cute.

this book was amazing! I read it in a matter of days. I couldn't stop reading it, even the kid who sat next to me in science class couldn't stop reading it. he read it over my shoulder everyday at class and when I didn't bring it into school one day he asked where he could get his own copy. I honestly recommend this book for anyone and everyone.

This is probably one of the best books I have read in my life! I loved how this novel was romantic, hilarious, and full of unusual activity! This book hooked me in from the first page and now I am just hoping there is a sequel! This book left we with so many unanswered questions yet the ending was absolutely perfect. This is definitely much much more than just a must-read!
