The goddess of love embodies everything about Isis Nakia. She is a lover of love. She is has a great passion for: God, truth, righteous and inspiring those that need it the most. Her passion is clearly displayed in her debut book "Reflections of Us". "Reflections of Us" speaks to the hearts and souls of young Black women not living, but surviving in the inner cities in America. With this book she hopes to relates to their pain and help them feel empowered by loving who they are.
When Isis is not writing she enjoys, fashion,dancing to good music,good food,and helping others in anyway she can. But most of all she LOVES being a mother to her son and being a wife to her husband Jay Francis.
