Love & Lies T12 Ririna

Why do I get the feeling this was how it was supposed to end? I feel like Musawo wanted to make everyone happy by creating two different endings, but frankly they should have made this the definitive end to the series. Screw the Misaki fans, this is how it should have been, but it doesn't make up for the slap in the face that was the Misaki ending. At this point, I doubt I would ever recommend this series to anyone, but if anyone wants to give it a try, I'm not gonna stop them.

This is specifically only for the Lili (Ririka) ending.
This is 10000% the definitive ending. Not only do we get graduation but we also get the wedding and we get a little glimpse at the friends and how they are. (At least how the other love rival is.)
Lili (im using this because it's how I read it originally) ends up being the best choice. She and Yukari naturally grow to love each other, unburdened by any obligations like Misaki. (They are an arranged marriage sure but they clearly get along.) Every time Yukari is upset or conflicted or something happens, Lili is the one who supports him and stays by his side. She is able to be blunt with him but also support him selflessly. It never feels like she is trying to gain something from with her support. (And unfortunately, because of Misaki making the deal, it always feels like her interactions with Yukari are born from that obligation and like she wants him to pay her back.)
In this ending, Yukari rejects Misaki and chooses Lili. And Misaki is freed from her obligation. Yukari lives but Misaki is able to start moving forward with her own life. We see that she gets with her assigned partner and is clearly happier. Because she can love someone who isn't indebted to her. We actually get to see Shuu and Nisaka! (And Lili's friend who I can't remember her name now oops).
This feels like the more hopeful ending. We see they have at least 2(?) kids and they still get to be friends with everyone. I'm not sure why we got 2 different endings but this one will always be better. It'll always be the more definitive one. There is more thought and love poured into this one.

I think I skipped one or two volumes before reading the finale, and I was surprised that there were 2 endings. This is the ending I wanted for the main character, as throughout there seems to be more character growth when he was with Lilina, although the Nisaka volume (the volume covering his story) was the peak of this series. I do think I was more invested in the concept of the world rather than who Yukari would choose between the two women.

NO PUEDO CREER QUE EL AUTOR NOS HICIERA DOS VERSIONES DIFERENTES. UNA MIERDA. ME LEI 12 VOLUMENES PARA UN FINAL PÉSIMO.
RIRIKA A TI TE AMO, EL MANGAKA ES EL PROBLEMA.

This is the only ending I accept

I couldn’t even enjoy this volume because of the cop out by the author to write both endings. This is the ending that should have been written. Neji and Lilina actually spent time together, and therefore could build a relationship.
