Read this book for the second time, still feels very useful. Chinese economy goes through cycles. What we worry about today has happened multiple times in the past 30 years. Companies go through similar problems again and again. Very useful to remind ourselves of the past, and be confident about the future.

更加接近现代的例子，许多的问题都出在玩资本运作玩的没有节制，不好好做实业，最后闹得一败涂地. 也有问题是出在与政府的关系上，凡是跟政府对着干的，都没有好下场。地方政府可以是最开始成就你的人，也可以是最后不择手段不惜一切代价毁掉你的人. 最后的总结的一点也是关键，要能对你管理的企业进行控制，就不会出大乱子。你铺的太大，没有办法管了，这就是问题开始的第一步.
