I'm not a big fan of this short story series but since I already the first two books I have to finish it. But things are getting better. Nicole and Red's relationship is getting better. He's listening to her, committing more. It's nice to see him happy and in love, but that seems to be the only part of Red's life that is going right. His professional life is crashing fast... everything he has worked to build is about to be loss. How will Red bounce back especially after letting go of the one person who actually loves and cares about him and vice versa?

BE WARNED: these 'books' are all novella's. This is a money making scam as I see there are now 15 already!?!? I read the 1st six books and they were hot BUT there are plenty other fully fledged books in the Kindle sea. Don't waste your time here. As The BookChick write: book #1 should have been the last in this series.

The story keeps getting better. I liked the fact that he got fired. Usually the guy is just super rich and successful. I liked that this went in a different direction. I also liked the ending. You definitely have to read the next book to find out what happens.

Hubungan percintaan Nicole-Red yg semakin kuat tampaknya harus menghadapi banyak cobaan dan rintangan. Kali ini Nicole-Red harus berhadapan dengan ibu Red yg memiliki sifat suka menyakiti Red dan orang orang disekitar Red. Awalnya kedatangan ibu Red kekediaman Red disambut baik oleh Nicole yg polos. Tapi setelah menghadapi berbagai omongan yg pedas dan miring dari sang calon mertua serta tingkah lakunya yg memata matai hubungan Nicole-Red membuat keduanya kehabisan kesabaran. Red akhirnya mengusir sang ibu dari rumahnya dengan resiko menghadapi ancaman dari ibu yg sakit hati. Sang ibu meninggalkan rumah dengan membawa sesuatu yg mencurigakan.

Red kemudian harus menghadapi cobaan yg menerpa perusahaannya. Anak perusahaan yg baru saja dibelinya di Jerman menghadapi krisis. Berangkat ke sana Red yg ditemani Nicole mengetahui kalau Kane Wright berusaha merebut perusahan advertising Red dengan cara membeli saham kepemilikan Red. Tanpa sepengetahuan Red, Kane menghubungi Nicole agar Nicole mempengaruhi keputusan Red yg tak ingin menjual sahamnya. Semula Nicole menganggap baik niat Kane sehingga Nicole bersedia membantu Kane. Namun setelah Nicole-Red memenuhi undangan Kane untuk menghabiskan waktu di kapal pesiar milik Kane, Nicole tak nyaman dengan karakter Kane dan mengubah penilaiannya terhadap kane. Red dibuat kesal dengan sifat plin plan Nicole dan ketertarikan Kane pada Nicole. Red menolak penawaran Kane dengan resiko akan kehilangan jabatannya sebagai CEO sekaligus perusahaannya itu.

Dalam masa masa itu sekembalinya Nicole-Red dari Jerman, mereka kedatangan Jeb, saudara Red si anak kesayangan sang ibu. Hal ini menjadi bom yg menggerakkan Red ke kondisi ekstrim. Pertikaian antara Jeb yg membela ibu mereka dengan Red, menyebabkan pertikaian antara Red dan Nicole. Akibatnya Red memutuskan untuk memutuskan pertunangan mereka. Menurut Red, kedekatan mereka akan membawa masalah bagi Nicole dan Red tak ingin membawa Nicole dalam kehancurannya.

As if the stresses of business and Red's own mercurial personality, his unwillingness to be open with Nicole aren't enough, add in a mother who is probably bi-polar or possibly manic-depressive, and one who is jealous of every female that has ever been in Red's life, a manipulative and cruel person when all the fluff is blown away, and you have even more to strike a death-blow to a love arrangement that has the characteristic of barely getting to the good stuff before some other disaster wreck havoc. On top of all that is the corporate raider who is Red's nemesis, and you have a complicated and sometimes upsetting backdrop of circumstances that will make the reader wonder if this couple will ever get it together. Don't get discouraged . . . you will have the sense as a reader that you are slogging through the same quicksand that seem to be forever bogging down Red and Nicole.

As much as i loved the serie in the beginning i totally lost interest after reading this one. The drama is always the same, the guy always finds an excuse to end the relationship even tho they are madly in love, they fight, they make up, they fight some more, its over and so on...and after reading the plot for the following 6 books i dont feel like keep on reading this it just seems like more and more drama over and over and then for the three last books changing the characters? Why not make another story all together? Quite disappointed!

At first I was thinking it is short, but after reading it & going right on to book 2 I didnt mind (I got book 1-9 at one time).So it was more like each book is a big chapter.
I have to say Im really glad I dont really take into count some people views as seeing some of them I was just shocked. Some people just need to go back to reading boring books.

I LOVED to whole series, yes at time I was mad, sad, worried, loved, hot, that is what books are meant to do make you feel and this series does that.
Im glad I read them and Im waiting for book 10 as it does really hook you into the story.

This was even better the last one I thought. Their relationship seemed to be growing. Red became loving, they just don’t know how to have a fight and stay together… The storyline is staying interesting, which is enough to keep me reading. There were still some writing eras but at least the time frame didn’t get majorly messed up like in the last one. This one is stronger written. I just can’t believe he let her go that easily, boo. But then again that’s what keeps this going. I’m ready for the next part.

I did not like Nicole at all.. The only reason why I read the third book is because I accidentally bought it on Kobo. Did not want to waste my $. I find Nicole was either very materialistic or very stupid. I'm not sure which.

I don't dislike a heroine so much before. I guess she is the first. Red's company is going into the ground, he is very upset and is in a lot of stress. He show her just a little bit of attitude and she will get unhappy and end up he need to pacify her... What????
She is annoying and he don't deserve her.

After the slight improvement in Book 2, Book 3 went right back down the drain. It would have been okay if not for the ending. I have never enjoyed reading stories where the couples are always going back and forth, back and forth. It's not entertaining to me. Either they stay together, or they don't. One break up and getting back together again is fine, but any more than that, and you've just completely lost my interest. Hopefully Book 4 will be better.

Just bad. Period. Poor writing. Poor editing. Storyline was all over the place! Thank the Lord I got the whole boxed set for .99 cents. I should have listened to the bad reviews, but then others claimed to love it! I don't get it. I like her characters fairly well, so it made me want to continue. Kind of like a car wreck, from which you can't peel your eyes away. I kept reading....Cheap imitation of so many good erotic novels.

For Turkey day I got myself these novels to read as we are traveling. Since I don't have an internet connection in my car, now that I'm home I'll review them. The series is a bit better now that I understand where the author was going with the whole concept. Except I find myself thinking it is way too amateurish. The author has great potential though.

This is book 3 of the Red and Nicole story...... There is a bit of a real story line in this book..... So Red is not such a bas%&*# in this series he doesn't lash out at Nicole as much and she seems to have grown a back bone (finally)..... His past is explained more due to a visit from his mother..... I recommend this book with caution it is not amazing..... Hoping for more in the next book

The worst one yet, Nicole and Red got to Germany to try to save Red's company. There's a bit of the sex in there but less of the kinky kind. And Red's turned into one of those wimpy needy Dom's blah.

I have fallen in love with all the couples I have meet in the For His Pleasure Series. Kelly Favor books just kept me coming back for more.

This book continues on the story of Nicole Masters & Red Jameson.

I would recommend the series For His Pleasure and any Kelly Favor book.

Overall, I like the series, so far. I am concern that twice in the book, the same " betrayal" drama occurred. On to book four.
