Jordan is off-limits: not only is she my client’s sister, she’s ten years my junior. But that’s not stopping me from making her mine…
I’ve protected more princesses, celebrities, and billionaires than I could shake a bulletproof vest at. I’m ready to move onto less dramatic pastures: becoming the CEO of my own protection company. Until the Fairchilds ask me to personally oversee their little sister Jordan, who they’re desperate to reconnect with—and keep safe as she enters into their world.
I’d do anything for these guys – so of course I say yes. Besides, I know the two most important rules of this biz: don’t mount the ward, and never become emotionally involved. I’m positive this assignment will be the final slam dunk in my close protection resume…until I see her.
She’s five foot nothing with gray eyes that put me in a chokehold. Barista by day, stripper by night, Pokemon hunter in-between. She can’t even blink without making a few guys cream their briefs. I think I know what to expect from a fire-breathing brat like her, who pushes and pulls at every opportunity.
But it turns out, she’s everything I didn’t expect to need.
As my assignment turns into co-habitation and so much more, all the rules fly out the window. This love could destroy me, and the mission we’re on could ruin both of our lives if it goes sideways. We’re fighting for the fate of her brothers…and Jordan is prepared to pay the ultimate price to save her family.
Worth the wait! Wow....I started reading this book wondering how Ember Leigh was going to wrap up the book and how things were going to work out. I am so happy and impressed with how she finished the book! Karma always wins in the end!!! Seriously though, wonderfully written series. Love the family that was built with a mix mash of people who needed family. Love the banter between the characters. Love the strong female characters and their growth. Great serious!
Wow! I absolutely loved this book. Amazing characters and wonderful plot. Very beautifully written and easy to read.
I wanted Seven’s story since he was introduced in previous book. Seven works as a private security officer to the Fairchild’s due to constant threats. Axel and Damian Fairchild just found out that Jordan, their little sister is alive. She doesn’t want to do anything with them though. They tell Seven to protect her. She isn’t stupid, so after a few sightings at her places of work she found out who Seven is. She wasn’t pleased but couldn’t do much about it. After one attack she was forced to live with Seven. I loved their banter and budding relationship. Their chemistry and passion is off the charts.
Overall I loved this book very much. If you’re looking for a bodyguard romance then you’re going to love it.
I really liked this book! We are brought back into the Fairchild’s life by a long lost sister. Jordan is under the protection of Seven. Although he promised to keep his hands to himself of course that does not happen! They are like two halves of a whole coming together! Can they keep it together? Ember Leigh has another hit on her hands!
This book is everything!!! The chemistry and feelings between these two is electric from the beginning. They are fighting for everything they hold dear together. On the edge of my seat throughout and fell in love with both of them.
What a great story to end this series with, I've loved reading all the Fairchild brother's stories & was looking forward to Jordan's. Having been left in the hell of the foster system whilst her brother's were adopted into a loving family she was determined that she would never ask them for anything but now that they have found she is alive after all the years they have looked for her they are never going to let her go. Because of what's happening with the SEC investigation they have hired Seven to be her bidyguard as being one of their friends they trust him to keep her safe. When Jordan finds out about Seven & that brother's will not just leave her she tries to make his life very uncomfortable hoping he will tell her brother's that she is OK & doesn't need their help but that is never going to happen. Working nights at a strip club means that to make sure she is safe Seven has to go inside to keep watch where he struggles to keep his body under control when she is about & Jordan knows this. We see them both try to deny their feelings for each other & Seven is worried if her brother's find out they will sack him ruin his business & lose his friends but they can't stay away from each other leading to some very steamy times. Any relationship between them is forbidden but he makes her feel safe & tells him details of her past that her brother's don't know but he is keeping secrets from her. This story has you laughing, flustered at some steamy times but also quite emotional & desperately hoping for a happy ever after both for them & her brothers.
This is a series that you definitely have to read & once you start you'll be hooked.
This is the fifth book in this phenomenal series, and this is Seven and Jordan’s story. Seven is CEO of a protection company, and he is a private security officer for the Fairchilds, who ask him to protect their long lost sister Jordan. Jordan is a barista by day, and a stripper at night, and she is not happy when she finds out about Seven, but after an attack she has no choice but to let him protect her. This is a well written story which is action packed, with family dynamics, friendships, drama, danger, suspense, intrigue, an age gap, forced proximity, humor, witty banter, undeniable chemistry, romance, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and steamy addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
We loved this story the characters were fantastic engaging loveable sexy and witty banter to die for.
Jordan has now become my favorite character of this year her witty banter her feistiness her independence, her sense of humor, her little quirks she was strong and fierce but, not afraid to show her vulnerability.
Seven and Jordan made a wonderful couple they just fit. They were super hot hotter in and out of bed together. We loved the slow burn that fanned the fire between them.
Bottomline we loved everything about the story the plot, the plot twist it was fun playful made you laugh and smile and we adored the characters and would love to learn more about those Fairchild men. An awesome read!
Lost Lil Sis WOW! Couldn’t get to the last page fast enough and then felt disappointed that the story had ended… What a wonderful conclusion of this series. Two MCs with traumas that made them build strong, thick walls around their hearts and difficulty in opening up out of fear and insecurity. Their emotional growth is very well and realistically portrayed, the way Ms Leigh writes her stories. They make me smile, laugh, cry a little and give me a very warm feeling when everything turns the way it should in the end. Glad to learn this series has a follow up with Broken Bodyguard. 😊
Wow… this one might was not only worth the wait but was probably my favorite in the series! Seven and Jordan were everything!!!! I love her sass and their unbelievable chemistry! This was quite the steamy read! Loved the way things wrapped up with the Fairchild bros and the SEC investigation. Happier to hear there may be more coming! Great read!!!
While I loved all the books in the Bad Boys of Wall Street series, this one was easily my favorite. In the final installment of series, Ember Leigh manages to tell Jordan, and Seven’s story so wonderfully that the emotions ooze off the pages. I laughed, cried, and loved right along with Seven, Jordan, and the rest of the family for an amazing conclusion to the series.
This series is one you have to read. Jordan is a stripper and has just found her brothers. Seven is her bodyguard, that her brothers have employed. Loved all of this book and I’m sorry to see it end with them.
I believe this is my first time ever to read an entire series. I usually loose interest, but not this time! It was captivating & funny with Very likable characters.
The series is getting better and there was even a teaser at the end of this one (book 5) it’s nice to see things growing throughout the series as well.
