With inspirational tips on how to loose some flab, how to have more get-up-and-go, how to save some money, how to be nicer to your partner, how to put more zing into your sex life, how to get motivated, how to do your bit to save the planet, how to have a better orgasm plus much more, here are the essential short cuts to a whole new you.
I got this as a freebie on Amazon and it's quite a short one to read. It's literally 365 tips, one for each day, that will give you a boost. There are a few tips where they repeat themselves; telling you to drink water is in there at least twice. In the main though it's a bit of fun. There are a few things in there that reminded me of childhood, people of a certain age will remember making print pads out of potatoes. There are definitely some crafty things I will try as 2019 is the year I learn new crafts. And I found an alternative to planking! This is something I've tried but doesn't work for me so I loved that there was a different way I could this. Overall it won't change the world or possibly your life but it's short, often free and if you can find a couple of new things to try then worth it.
This is a very quick, succinct read, with short (mostly common sense) tips for something new to do every day in order to bring about positive change into your life. The advice for each day is so short that it's very easy to incorporate this into your routine, and is a good gentle reminder for all of the things we should be doing, but occasionally need a nudge to do so!
What the actual heck did I just read?! Not only is this extremely repetitive but some of the tips for a better life are just ridiculous. Only positive is that I read it all in 30mins
Right, so some of the hints and tips are really the same old, same old. Split into various parts of life, it is a hint-per-page type of format but there were a few odd hints that were newish and do-able! Worth the read and would recommend as a quick, quick upper!
Not bad. Some good ideas, some of which I might just incorporate into my life, but not really a book, more like a guide. Took me no time at all to read, but not totally pointless.
