Highschool teacher Erica Shannon has a medical scare and decides to go after what, and who, she wants. What she wants is, for one night, to live life to the fullest and experience that which she never has. The who? Two extremely hot, very buff firemen who frequent the same pub as the shy teacher. After all, when you're on fire, you need a big hose, or two, to put out the flames (Really, I went there?? Sigh. I know. I just couldn't resist...;-). Corey Wachawski and Dale Griffin believe they're getting the night of their dreams with the quiet, pretty teacher. But, what if it becomes more, for all of them?
I sort of rolled my eyes at myself when I found that I was continually drawn to this book, waiting for it to come out. It seems so typically porn-y and cliche, two hawt firemen and a prim highschool English teacher. I mean, come on. Right?! But, I just couldn't stop myself. It may have been the two hawt firemen, I'm not gonna lie;) After reading the first couple of chapters, and seriously wondering about the maturity level of Corey Wachawski, I wasn't sure I'd made the right decision to read this. But, the naughty sparks between Dale Griffin and Erica Shannon kept me going. Corey came off a bit too young and stupid in the early stages, but the edgy tension between Dale and Erica more than made up for it. Plus, it didn't hurt that Corey and Dale had a thing for each other either. Um...yum! These three were hot for each other, and they set the pages on fire!! Strangely enough, the more I read, the better the actual story became, too. I was expecting merely a lighthearted and naughty romp, and instead got quite a bit more.
Erica's Choice ended up being a real surprise to me, and in the best ways. It's scorching hot, and still a pretty light read, but supported by a nice depth of emotion. It'll make you squirm, but I think it'll make you smile as well. It did me!
And, by the way, for my Aussie friends, this one is set in Brisbane. If it's not too much trouble, could one of you send me an Aussie fireman?? Like, NOW?!?! Hmmmm....m'kay, thanks;)

This one is a hot three way, with alot, and I mean ALOT of sex.
The main characters are colorful. Endearing, with a little cheesy/campy dialogue. But you can deal with it. It doesn't ruin anything.
What made this book a good 4 star read for me, was the circumstances surrounding all of the characters outside of their involvement with one another. Which also sets the tone for how they deal/interact with each another. It gives this story alot of heart. This and of course other happenings, make this unbelievable "How the heck can this possibly work, long term?" dilemma, doable.
And I absolutely loved the epilogue.
I would recommend this read.

4 'Cubed' Stars
I'm holding back from giving this 5 Staes, but only because my 5 Star picks have that extra something special that leaves the reader with goosebumps.
That said, Erica's Choice is very good and scorching hot! Set in Australia, Griff and Corey are firefighters and great friends but there's something more there that they both deny. Erica is a very prim and pretty schoolteacher who decides one night to just 'go for it' and try to seduce the young and gorgeous Corey. Turns out Corey has been just as keen on Erica. But older, wiser Griff decides someone has to take charge and beats Corey to the punch. Turns out for Erica there might be a two-for-one special on scorching hot firemen.
I loved the shared POV and how we can see inside each one of the characters and understand their individual reasons to avoid giving into something permanent between them. However, it's more of a tortured longing rather than the overly melodramatic angst of other contemporary romances.
Griff, Corey and Erica are three memorable characters that I grew to care about. Theirs is a symbiotic relationship carefully balancing the hard and soft of each other. But, pushed too hard and the triad just might topple. Erica, with so much unexplored sensuality, reveals only her caring heart. She has had to be strong for a very long time. Corey is sweet and caring, but his life has been easy so far. The pair are sticky sweet. Griff, on the other hand, can be fierce. He is a 'take charge' man who expects his orders will be followed. There is a sadness lurking just underneath his 'I don't give a damn' surface, however. He doesn't believe he will ever be chosen as an equal partner. The give and take and the push and pull between trio makes this the best written ménage I've read.

I loved this. One of the best MMF menage stories I've read. The characters felt so real and raw and well developed. As much as I enjoy a little MM action, in many of the MMF stories I have read before, I always felt more of a connection between the the two males, but in Erica's choice, the connection was equally strong between all three of them and in fact, it seemed as if she was actually the center of Corey and Griff's world.
Well done. I highly recommend.

Sheesh! Is it hot in here? And it comes from the land down under! What more could you ask for?
Erica has been hit with some bad news & in the wake of it she decides she's going to throw caution to the wind & seduce Corey-gorgeous, seemingly unattainable Corey. Did I mention he's a fireman? Corey who unbeknownst to Erica has been attracted to her since he first saw at his regular bar a few months ago but hasn't worked up the courage to approach her. Turns out he needs nothing more than a little friendly competition from his best friend & fellow fireman, Griff a.k.a. Dale Griffin. Griff has been carrying a torch for Corey since he walked into his firehouse 5 yrs ago. Needless to say Griff is attractive in his own right & experienced in many, many ways. He shows them the way & everyone is swept up in the moment. Unfortunately, Erica's pesky morals show up directly afterwards throwing cold water on the whole thing. But Corey in all his youth, innocence & zeal refuses to give up because not only did he get Erica but he unexpectedly found he was attracted to Griff through their encounter as well. He wants them both & refuses to settle. Griff has his own tortured past & is wary of becoming the third wheel again in Erica & Corey's relationship so he tries to make it just about the sex & does an admirable job commanding both. His agenda is to get Erica & Corey together then bow out while Erica's agenda is to get Griff & Corey together then bow out. Such a cluster fuck! But in a great way; I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this one.
Good writing, likable & well developed characters, believable angst, steamy sex what's not to like? Did mention the two guys are fireman? *eyebrow wiggle*

Great narration by 3 Narrators
A love story about three people. I liked the way the story opens with Erica choosing to do something out of her comfort zone. It's a heartwarming story with sexy scenes. The three of them have to learn how to let go, trust and be free to be as wild or sweet as they like with one another.

This was a very good story. I liked all 3 of the MCs (even though the all had their faults) and was rooting for things to work out from the beginning. This was the first story I've read by this author and I liked it well enough that I'm open to trying more of her work in the future.
**** warning...this review might be considered a bit spoilerish as I'm going to reveal something about Erica that colors her attitude through the story. You've been warned! :D ****
Erica is a teacher and a nice woman. She lost her mother to cancer when she was 11 and her father saw her as too much trouble and sent her to live with her aunt. Erica loved her aunt like a second mother. Unfortunately she died of breast cancer as well (a year before the story begins). Erica has a genetic predisposition for breast cancer and her last boyfriend broke up with her because he didn't want to deal with her future troubles. Erica decided not to risk a relationship again as she's sure she wont find a man willing to be there for her through what may come.
Griff and Corey are fire fighters and good guys. Griff is a bit of a jerk but still good guy. He's bi but doesn't advertise it. Griff had been involved with a m/f couple before but it didn't work out since Griff was only an extra and not integral. His experience left Griff thinking he'd never be able to find that for real and would always be an extra. Corey is a good guy and more open with his feelings, a sweet guy. He's never been involved with another guy...yet.
As the story begins, Erica is visiting a bar she knows Corey and Griff go to as she's seen them around there before. She just found a lump in her breast and is freaked and decides she's had it with being boring and not living her life...she decides she wants a night of fun and wants to proposition Griff and Corey for a night of menage fun. Her plans get a bit derailed though and instead it's Corey and Griff approaching her. Not for menage but because Corey has had a thing for Erica and Griff decides to help him make his move. Things change a bit when Griff realizes what Erica had in mind and Griff ends up maneuvering things towards a menage but tells Corey (and himself) that it's only 1 night and then he'll step away. Corey is surprised to find that instead of jealousy at Griff's intrusion with a woman he wants for himself, he's actually turned on by Griff's inclusion. The trio has a hell of a night and during that time Corey comes to realize he is attracted to Griff as well as Erica. After confronting their attraction for each other, Corey and Griff go after Erica.
Erica tries to push the guys away after their night but Corey isn't willing to be pushed and manages to get her to talk to him. Erica finally stops after she finds out her tumor is benign and lets herself enjoy her time with them figuring that it'll end soon enough. Erica sees Griff and Corey as the couple and figures they'll get tired of her and break things off with her. Griff on the other hand, sees Corey and Erica as the main couple and thinks he'll eventually be pushed to the side. Corey wants them both and tries to do what he can to keep them all together. There're more issues to deal with concerning Erica's chances at cancer and she's worried that her cancer issue might drive the guys away so she doesn't tell them at first. The longer the trio is together, the harder it is for any of them to imagine a future without the other 2 in it. Things do go a bit wonky when the cancer info comes out and there's some drama in there as some danger to one of the trio comes in to play. Fortunately, Erica, Corey and Griff come out of things alright and together and starting their HEA.
I enjoyed this story very much. The characters were likable but I do wish they'd communicated a bit better, especially Erica. Still, I liked them all and was very happy to see them get their HEA. I'd recommend this story. Thumbs up. :D

Lets face it, Im a sucker for MMF romances, specially if it includes MM action, and this book had it all... Then why did I feel all throughout the story that something was missing. It had all the elements for me to love it, but I just liked it. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. Good amount of sex, but somehow jumping or just implying the stepingstones of a triad relationship; good amount of feelings, but (as fucking usual) not enough comunication!!! TALK, PEOPLE, JUST T.A.L.K!!!! And give me a break!!!!!
Anyway, it was entertaining and not as bad as some of the stories I've encountered this past few weeks, so 3 stars it is.

Highly erotic, extremely passionate, deeply moving. Can't recommend it enough, especially if you're a fan of m/m/f romances (or are searching for the right book to discover the sub-genre)

3 Star mmf with mm that definitely would have been 5 solid stars but the heroine annoyed me beyond my capacity to tolerate whining and wishy washiness. I stopped at about 75% of the way.

65% DNF - I REALLY don’t like not finishing a book, but I just couldn’t with this one.
I hate to say this, but it felt like each chapter was the same thing over and over: One person is over thinking things and tries to push away because of their hangups, then they get coaxed into sex with each other, then they fall asleep a bit more content but still dwelling on their hang ups.
Plus, I was not a fan of the narrators on Audible… they’re supposed to be in Australia but the female narrator is speaking with a British accent. Also, the way the book is written, it should have been one narrator that can voice act with different sounding voices for each character. I couldn’t tell whose dialogue it was and it kept switching perspective in the chapters.
Also, and this is a personal hang up for me, I’m not a fan of this type of third person dialogue… specifically because there are 3 MC’s and it gets hard to decipher.

Don't judge this book by its cover…despite the terribleness of that design, the guts are really delicious!
Erica Shannon is usually a buttoned up HS English teacher, but a health scare leads her to throw caution to the wind and proposition firefighters Corey Wachawski and Dale Griffin. After a no-holds-barred night together, Erica panics and unceremoniously dismisses the men who have given her the most incredible night of her life. But Corey isn't going down without a fight, with or without his buddy's future involvement. And for that matter, why is Corey suddenly wanting the other man as much as he wants Erica?! Griff's always been heteroflexible, but has steered clear of his straight best friend. Now he sees everything he's ever wanted within his grasp, but he's terrified to be hurt again by a couple who see him as nothing but a bit of fun on the side. Griff and Erica both have things to fear, but together and with Corey's eternal optimism, they can overcome any obstacle.
ERICA'S CHOICE is one seriously hot MMF menage, my favorite kind of decadence!! The instant chemistry between the three of them was palpable and thick with tension. The fact that Erica kicked the men to the curb after a hot as hell night together cracked me up and I wound up enjoying her character a lot. With a breast cancer threat looming, she was so relatable…I genuinely don't know one person that breast cancer hasn't touched in some way.
Griff was unapologetic in his bisexuality, but it was Corey who initiated that facet of their relationship, making me dig him even more. He was like an eager puppy, all happiness and willingness to please and play. For as big of a manwhore as Griff was, he was also surprisingly vulnerable. I loved both the men, and I loved Erica for going after what she wanted in order to live out her fantasies while she could. All three of them were filled with insecurities that could've been avoided by just talking things out, so I never really understood why they didn't do just that!??
My other issue with ERICA'S CHOICE is that it FEELS older than the 2012 date it says it was originally published. There's references to answering machines and roller blading and armband tattoos, not to mention the lack of texting was conspicuous. To me, the above plus the horrendous cover screams 90's smut. That said, if Ms. Lee made minor updates this would be one seriously incredible read!

ERICA'S CHOICE is one seriously hot MMF menage, my favorite kind of decadence!! The instant chemistry between the three of them was palpable and thick with tension. The fact that Erica kicked the men to the curb after a hot as hell night together cracked me up and I wound up enjoying her character a lot. With a breast cancer threat looming, she was so relatable…I genuinely don't know one person that breast cancer hasn't touched in some way.
Griff was unapologetic in his bisexuality, but it was Corey who initiated that facet of their relationship, making me dig him even more. He was like an eager puppy, all happiness and willingness to please and play. For as big of a manwhore as Griff was, he was also surprisingly vulnerable. I loved both the men, and I loved Erica for going after what she wanted in order to live out her fantasies while she could. All three of them were filled with insecurities that could've been avoided by just talking things out, so I never really understood why they didn't do just that!??
My other issue with ERICA'S CHOICE is that it FEELS older than the 2012 date it says it was originally published. There's references to answering machines and roller blading and armband tattoos, not to mention the lack of texting was conspicuous. To me, the above plus the horrendous cover screams 90's smut. That said, if Ms. Lee made minor updates this would be one seriously incredible read!

I enjoy them as is, and go into them open minded, unworried about how the relationship occurs or expecting very much from the characters, well this book takes that generalization and blows it out of the water.
The characters aren't just likable caricatures, they are real people that are explored throughout the book. They grow, they evolve, they learn and make you hurt for them. Yes, there is a lot of hot sex as well, but it's grounded in the relationship that's growing between the three of them whether they like it or not. And there are plenty of obstacles to overcome.
Lots of issues facing triad relationships are explored, from the jealousies that can arise, to work issues, as well as what other people will think. It's done extremely well. Actually, the story is beautiful, truly beautiful and tugs at the heart strings all the way through.
I'd recommend this to people who don't like menage, but love romance. The relationship is front and center, and the emotional impact is startling.

Wow!! Holy Wow! My face is still flaming! Whew I'm sweating. This was quite unlike anything I have read before. What a book. It is essentially extremely erotic with some of the best and most sensual sex/love scenes I have read. This basically is a love story between 3 people. We see Erica, Corey and Griff fall in love and grow with each other. I haven't read a story quite like theirs before.
Erica has a secret she is dealing with and goes to the bar to hang out at and stare at all the hot guys there, trying to forget her troubles. One of them being Corey, whom is one tall Hot looking guy. He and his best friend, Griff, are firefighters. Erica is a history teacher that usually hides behind her typical school teacherish clothing. The next thing you know she ends up having a threesome with these two Hot men. The story develops and soon these three begin to love each other. This surprised me that there was quite a bit of depth to this book...because it seems that it was essentially page after page of beautifully well written sex scenes. There is just about everything in this book between M-F-M and F-M and M-M. Wow my eyes were on fire. But it was oh so good. There was emotion, love, plot depth and lots of sensuality in this wonderful book. This book reminded me a little of Megan Hart's emotionally erotic books.

Just finished a re-read of Erica's Choice and still LOVE this book! I'm actually upping this from a solid four star read to a five star because it DESERVES it! This is one of the best menage stories I have read. I love all the characters, faults and all. I love the development of the relationships, the struggles, the dynamics between the characters. The story is well written and the steam factor is so freaking HOT! Too many times in menage, there is plenty of sex but no real romance, no character development, no emotion but a cheap thrill.
Erica's Choice is menage done right! If you're open to reading MMF, it doesn't get much better than this. Five Stars BABY!

WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE!
I really didn't have any expectation when I started this book but boy was I surprised! This is a great story with some seriously hot sexy scenes. The characters were very real with real issues. The story didn't have any misunderstanding type of drama which was great and it kept me listening for 8 hours straight! The relationship between the 3 people felt so real, I love when I can feel the connection and attraction. The sex scenes were fabulous! They were really hot and written very well! And last but not least, the narration was AWESOME! The 2 male narrators were very similar and the accents were hot!!!

Such a well paced, and hot story. I loved the way Sami manages to balance three different personalities between Erica, Corey, and Griff. The characters are believable, and there's no reason for extravagant story-lines to keep the action going. Every struggle these three face is a very real problem, faced by every day people.

The story is average with some steamy scenes. Would be better if they didnt continuously whine about their hang ups as much. Corey seemed very green which was not the impression given at first. Liked Griffin more since he often took charge whereas Erica's to-&-fro is enough to givea reader whiplash.

Supernova hot M/M/F erotic contemporary romance that manages to be a panty-melter and still delivers great story and character development. This is what happens when you pair an excellent author with a top-notch publisher. Keep a glass of ice water handy, and maybe some battery-operated friends. :)

Loved this ménage starting as the h is working through frightening issues. She loved them but decided to self sacrifice without sharing her concerns. Very relatable, as the Hs were also shocked at how quickly they fell in love her and each other. It was a great read.

I love it when I am introduced to a new author that I may not have found if it were not for being a reviewer here at GP. When a new list came out for us to review, I saw the description of this book and immediately became intrigued with this story simply because I identified with one of the characters. I was surprised at how quickly I became involved in this novel and became an instant fan of Sami Lee. Erica’s Choice is a sexy, heart wrenching story about love, self acceptance, and honesty that will have you falling in love with each turn of the page.
Erica Shannon is a high school English teacher on a mission. She has come into the local bar for months watching the men from the local fire station and has her mind set on experiencing a one night, no strings attached, menage with two of them. The question is; how does she get them to notice her? Corey and Griff are two of the hottest guys around and all of the prettiest women hang on them every time they come in. Why on Earth would they notice a drab little bookworm like her?
Corey couldn’t believe she was there again. That proper little teacher that comes in and sits in the corner all of the time. So much different than the easy girls that are always passing him their phone number. He knew she was sexy underneath all of those boring clothes but he also knew she was out of his league. Sure he had looks, but she was smart and would not want to hang out with a guy like him. He simply didn’t have the courage to go speak to her, or at least not until he saw Griff heading her way.
Griff was the bad boy of the bunch. Although a little older than the others, he had no problem picking up any of the ladies that came by the bar. For him, they were an easy distraction from what he really had his eyes on. He knew that Corey wanted that sweet little teacher in the corner. He’d seen him watching her for quite some time. He also knows Corey won’t do anything about it unless he pushes him to. Of course, Griff takes it upon himself to say hello to the little lady, forcing Corey to jump in and make an introduction.
After quick introductions and some revealing small talk, Griff discovers Erica’s true intentions and can’t believe his luck. He hit the jackpot and is about to get everything he wants in one night, at least to some extent. It only takes a few choice suggestions and an offer to give Erica a ride home. When the three of them find themselves in the shower at Erica’s apartment, Corey takes notice of a few things that he was unaware of. Griff takes notice of Corey’s observations and Erica is completely turned on. When the realization of the situation hits, and they realize one night is not enough to discover what is happening and things quickly get out of hand. Erica thought this would be a great way to finally live her fantasy before everything in her life changes. She knows Griff and Corey won’t want her after they find out the truth. But when the handsome duo refuses to leave her side, she simply can’t resist. One night turns into days, then weeks until she decides she must put a stop to it. Can she do what is needed to keep her heart from breaking? It isn’t until disaster strikes, that all three of them are forced to face the truth and learn that they have to love themselves in order to let someone else love them too.

As a result, he is a bad boy and has turned to being the commanding one in order to protect his heart and his ego from further damage. Erica has suffered her entire life with heartache and loss. She is determined that she is on her own and that no one could love her after all that she has to endure. When these three come together, each character reveals a side of themself that they never knew exisited. Their discoveries are beautiful and reading them made me feel like I was right there with them as their feelings unfolded and they learned how to love one another.
I simply loved this story. Sami creates a powerful dynamic between three characters that show how important it is to share feelings regardless of if you are in love with a man or a woman. Strong men can still be emotional and sensitive and sweet women can still be strong. In this story they are both. With raw emotion, tender kisses, hardcore sexual tension, and a three way relationship that will make you melt, this story is a must read!!!

This had just the right amount of sexy times and a nice variety of fm, mmf, mfm, and mm. I know that seems like a lot of sex, but the storyline fit nicely into it as well. I did not enjoy the ending because I think that making your characters go through a near fatal accident is dramatic and an overused trope. But nontheless, I enjoyed the book and have bookmarked the particularly steemy chapters to read again.
This book had all three characters coming togeter for the first time. Unlike other menage stories where there is an established couple adding a third. The characters struggle with jealousy and trust for the most part, which is a pretty standard conflict in these books, but it didn’t take away from their relationship too too much.
The men in this story are firemen, which is super hot. And we get the classic dom charcater v the super sweet nice guy character. Both have really good but different sexual relationships with the heroin. And I love a book with spanking!

Gorgeous, lovely read. The Audible version is to die for. British accents. Hot, built firefighters!
I'm new to MFM menagè romance novels and this made for a beautiful and sweet intro into that world. I honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn't want the novel to end. Honestly it could have gone on for a few more chapters, I would've loved it more.
Their unique love story was inspiring. I love how they supported one another and complimented the relationship.

This book is truly a butterfly effect book. Erica made one decision in her life based on a past experience and that changed her forever. This pleas a book that I did not want to stop listening to.
The narration was easy to listen to. All three narrators where able to give the characters life. It was not confusing at all to have three narrators as I thought it would be. They each have a calm and when needed sexy voice to listen to. The narrators made this book seem as if it were a play in my mind.

Sami Lee has done it again delivered genuine charismatic characters that draw you into their lives. Erica is prim and proper high school on the outside with a pent up sensual energy hidden within, but when a medical scare hits close to home she wants to let loose and decides to bold and go after what she want - that being no one but two very virile and sexy firemen. Soon the trio are hitting the sheets but there’s more then the linens burning. Something is unfolding between her lovers Corey and Griff. Tumultuous emotions and hot hot sex made this a real page turner.
