Much needed

I maintain that men have so many anger issues because we are taught to ignore our mental health. I have struggled with it .y entire life. This book talks about accepting and forgiving yourself, a concept all men need to learn.

Worst self help book I have ever read. Far too brief and the ideas presented are useless. Dont waste your time on this one.
