As Rodimus commands the starship Lost Light in search of the legendary Knights of Cybertron, a suspicious transmission leads Ratchet, Drift, and Pipes to the Autobot medical facility Delphi. The 'bots are unwittingly exposed to a plague that's ravaging the hospital. The only clue to the plague's origins is an explosion that occured not long after two Decepticons came seeking refuge. While the Delphi medical team of First Aid, Ambulon, and Pharma try to save a dying Pipes, the two Decepticons attack - but the Autobot called Fortress Maximus chooses that moment to emerge from a several-years-long coma... and he's not happy.

The storytelling in MTMTE is so tight sometimes you kinda wish it would loosen up and allow more breathing room and possibly an extra splash page or two. That's a bit of a non-complaint though so take my words with ambivalent consideration.
This was a doctor vs doctor issue and a satisfying one at that. Snappy dialogue, a believebale feud and a cathartic conclusion.
Plus Tailgate getting Autobot lessons from Magnus is just plain hilarious. Poor lil fucker.
