This book got me back into reading, and gave me comfort in a bad point in my life. I adore Maeve and her journey to Canada and the adventures that awaited her there. This book will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Light, easy read. Gives me The Holiday vibes. I liked because it's set in Vancouver, which probably influenced how much I liked it.

This was a cute, somehow humorous book. I'm not sure why it had the writing above the title that said, 'You have met Bridget Jones, now meet Maeve…' I'm curious if the publisher had the right to make that connection to this book. Anyway, the book is entertaining but could have been shorter; I skipped some descriptions in the third part of the book."

Una profesora de educación primaria en Irlanda se apunta (gracias a su madre) en un curso de escritura creativa. Esto le abrirá las puertas a la aventura de un intercambio de vivienda y, sobre todo, a un cambio de vida.

It was a good story, I did skip over some pages as the descriptions seemed to go on a bit and I wanted to get back to the story. Overall a nice light read
