This could be my favorite cookbook that I have encountered. After eleven years of consistent use, many pages are falling out, but I continue to stuff them back into place because I can't stand to loose them. This cookbook provides a mix of foundational information with a variety of veggie and meat recipes. The photographs are both visually pleasing and instructional. I have yet to be disappointed from a recipe out of this book!
