Found by Daddy #3

Archer's Lost Onesie

Rate this book
I didn’t need a daddy… except that I did.

Not having a daddy wasn’t going to stop me from being little. Sure, it wasn’t the same when you were by yourself, but after three daddies in a row thinking being a caretaker meant micromanaging my entire existence both in and out of little space, I was done. And besides, I wasn’t completely alone. I had Bear, my dog, and Cat, my stuffy, by my side.

When I won a custom onesie from a giveaway during Chained’s little craft day, I couldn’t believe my luck. I’d been wanting one for so long and couldn’t justify the expense. Now I didn’t have to.

Only, when I went to pick it up, my onesie wasn’t in the bag—a World’s Most Bestest Daddy Ever shirt in its place. If only the bag came with the daddy, too.

Archer’s Lost Onesie is an age-gap, younger daddy, sweet with heat age play romance featuring a little who grabs the wrong order, the daddy who finds the onesie that brightens his world, a night at Chained that changes everything, true love, and a guaranteed happy ever after. If you like your romances on the Hallmark side but a bit kinkier, check out Archer’s Lost Onesie by USA Today Bestselling author Della Cain and her bestie and frequent partner in crime, Kaytea Kat.

Mostly boring. Started pretty solid and then they connected through sex (😴😪🥱💤) and then nothing interesting really happens. I was looking forward to more cute ageplay scenes but most of them were just sex scenes. The monologues were flat, didn’t have that grip on me. Della Cain writing never works for me anyway, idk why I keep trying. Actually I do; it is all in the the blurbs lmao, but I was always hesistant and ended up hating the book. I should just quit lol.

Archer hadn't had very good luck with his last three "Daddies". They all wanted to micro-manage every move in his live. He had decided that he really didn't NEED a "Daddy" but he sure would like one, and maybe there was a little need...no pun intended. Archer went to "little" activities held at his Kink Club and had won a custom-made onesie...something he had always wanted but couldn't afford. Life was going fairly good for Archer. He had "Bear", his dog, and "Cat", his "stuffy", always with him.... except at work. When he went to pick his onesie up, he found that he had a bag with a custom-made shirt for a "Daddy"... and the most perfect man...obviously the "Daddy" that the shirt had to have been for, had been just ahead of him. The most handsome "Daddy" he had ever seen...must have his onesie. Now to get it back and meet this "Daddy" and see if he has a "little" and if he doesn't, would he want Archer?

As with all the Daddy/little stories this one is just plain, sweet....and fairly short. I really like the "Daddy/little" books, no matter what their length. They are a change from the sometimes, tangled relationships that some of the characters go through in in other romance books, rather they are M/M or M/F. These characters just meet and fulfill a need in one another, usually without the hassle or the turmoil. I love almost all of Della Cain's books and the universe she has created for these folks that want something a bit different in the lifestyle.

Archer's Lost Onesie is the third book in the Found by Daddy series by Della Cain and Kaytea Kat. This is the story of Archer and Soren. I loved their story. It was sweet, sexy, full of feels and very well written.

Sweet story between Archer, a little who has had terrible luck with his previous Daddies, and Soren, a friend of Bridger who needs a little to call his own. I enjoyed watching these two find each other and discover love.

Part of the Found by Daddy series each book can be a standalone with a boy who needs a forever daddy and a daddy who needs his forever boy 😊! Archer is just about the sweetest boy you can ever meet but has been given up on finding a daddy seems that every daddy he ever meets only wants to control him but that didn’t stop him from being a little or living his little life so with Bear and Cat as his companions he is okay. But he was so excited for the special craft day at club Chained when he won a customed onesie but when he picked up his prize it wasn’t what was promised in fact, he got a “World’s Most Bestest Daddy Ever” t-shirt which he returned because he didn’t feel right keeping it but he also felt bad because he didn’t get what he won his onesie. When he went to return it he meets the an amazing man name Soren who he knows is a daddy instantly and the attraction was there they talked for what seemed like hours getting to know each other walking away after the mix up still thinking about one another and not know if they would meet again but as we know fate works the way she wants ensuring they meet again sealing they are great together but is it what they are each looking for considering the age difference, considering they have both had issues finding what they are looking for, have they find the right daddy, the right little, and can they find happiness together and daddy and little?

“I mean, if you want coffee, I’ll be happy to make it for you, but I’m asking you to come inside, strip me naked, and do things to my body you’d be embarrassed to tell your elderly neighbor.” - Archer

Warnings: N/A

Main Character Information:
Soren: Daddy
Archer: Little

My Ratings:
Spice: 1/5
Angst/Stress: 0/5
Fluff: 4/5
Structure/Format/Flow: 4.25/5
Overall: 4/5

Stuff I Want To Mention:
Super cute. No angst and low spice, just a Daddy finding his Little. A Little who doesn’t need a Daddy until he meets a man he can’t stop thinking about. A Daddy who is ready to find his sweet, forever Little. And Fate who pulls them together more than once. Very sweet and quick read.

It can be safely assumed all of my reviews are from books that are 1st Person, have a HEA, and have no intimate or spicy scenes with anyone/thing other than MC(s). I try to rate books objectively if they have something I don’t typically like (i.e. Break Ups, SA, 3rd Person, Single POV, Sharing Partners). If it’s still written well the author deserves the praise but I will make note to avoid for myself in the future. I do my best to mark different triggers/warnings as well as the intimate acts performed in case anything listed/done might not be something you would want to read. If M/M, Age Play, Interspecies, Insta Love, Erotica, MPreg, or Incest are something you actively avoid, you are probably better off avoiding most of the books I review.

DNF: Something off, couldn’t finish because of it.
1 Star: No, thanks. Something super wrong.
2 Stars: Oh that was something but it was not something for me.
3 Stars: Decent, some things didn’t sit or read right but it was worth the effort. Won’t read again.
4 Stars: Entertained, stood out, might read again even.
5 Stars: Extremely happy with it, written well and read well. Nothing is perfect.

“I like this.” I indicated the two of us with my hands. “I like that it feels like you’re an old friend while at the same time having all of it feel so new.”

I enjoyed this book. It was a sweet read that started with a bit of a misunderstanding when Daddy Soren received a onesie instead of the Daddy shirt he bought as a gift for a friend, and Archie received the Daddy shirt. The attraction was there when they happened to meet and exchange items, each thinking the other was in a relationship. I liked the relationship between them- it was easygoing and quick.

It's easy to get a sense of the characters, but the story isn't very detailed. Lots of telling and not as much showing. For example, their first date was dinner in a nice restaurant. If you don't count the drive there, that date took up almost one single page where we are told what they have in common and that Archie was attracted to him. Then they were back home. We could have had a whole chapter dedicated to that date- a conversation between them, really see that connection through words and maybe some sweet actions, but it was glossed over.

So it was a cute read, and I loved the catalyst of their meeting, but I felt like it needed more. 3.5 stars.

Archer didn't have a Daddy after trying it three times only to find them wanting to micromanage him totally but that wasn't going to stop him from being little it just made it a little more complicated but he had his dog Bear and his stuffie Cat to keep him company. When he was at a special little craft day at kink club Chained he won a custom onesie but when he went to pick it up it wasn't what was in the bag - it was a t-shirt saying "World’s Most Bestest Daddy Ever" and so he had to return it.

This was a really sweet story which started from a mistake made by a shop with resulted in two men finding each other and dating as adults before exploring their compatibility as Daddy/little. Their relationship was lovely and built on good communication as well as mutual respect. I liked that they were both adults who had some time as adults doing adult things but also were able to support each other in the age play roles too. This was easy to read, feel and understand and will leave you with a smile on your face. This is an MM story with mature content and a BSDM-like DDLB dynamic with ABDL.

Archer does not have a Daddy. His last three wanted 24/7 and were bossy even when he was in adult space. He goes to Chained for a Little's Night and wins a onesie. When he goes to pick it up at the specialty shop, he gets the wrong package. When he returns it, the owner of the T-shirt is in front of him and they exchange packages. Neither can forget the other. Archer goes to Chained again where he runs into that stranger again. Soren asks him out on a date. They get to know each other. Each is what the other wants and needs. Then Soren gets a promotion. Can he ask Archer to move in with him and move for the promotion? Does Archer want to leave his job and move?

I enjoyed this story. I liked Archer and Soren. They complement each other. Both can accept both sides of the other--Daddy/little and both adult. I liked that they thought about what the other would like. I also liked how they answered the question of the promotion move. It was not high drama but a perfect way to answer for each of them.

I look forward to the next book in the series.

This is a fabulous series, and with the addition of this book it has only gotten better! The main characters here are Soren and Archer. Archer has been involved with the lifestyle for quite a while, and at 40 y/o had yet to find a compatible Daddy. Soren was about a decade younger (almost 30) and relatively new to the title of Daddy, though nurturing and caring for others had always been an integral part of his personality.

The meet cute for them was adorable, and the ensuing confusion funny. Well, funny since I wasn't part of it. Surely they found it more frusterating than humorous. The process of creating trust and meeting eachother's needs was highlighted and executed wonderfully.

I just can't say how refreshing and enjoyable I found this book. I hope Cain continues to expand the series (or a "Collered" off-shoot) indefinitely. I will surely read anything she writes!

I received an ARC and hope that this feedback helps you in your search for your next title. Happy Reading 📚

I've been binging age play books lately, so when I saw this one with such a cute plotline, I couldn't resist picking it up. I am so glad I did. I love the Chained/Collared universe, and this one has a bit of a cross-over which is nice. Archie and Soren are an adorable couple. Archie's looking for a daddy, and Soren is looking for a little. Both have been through some drama in the past and while they are still hoping for their HEA, they've resigned themselves to be single. They meet after a mix-up and then again, and it's clearly meant to be. The story is not rushed, as some age play stories can be. While the attraction is instant, the story is thoughtfully developed, and the relationship between Archie and Soren is sweet, hot, and ultimately very satisfying. This is my first book in this series, and I'm definitely going to read the others.

This is book 3 in the Found By Daddy series but it can be enjoyed as a standalone. This is the story of Archer and Soren. Archer is a little who has tried to find his forever daddy. But it has failed each time as they wanted to control adult time as well as little time. When he wins a custom made onesie, the mix-up in shipping causes him to meet Soren. Soren is a daddy and is best man for their mutual friends wedding. When his wedding gift of "bestest daddy ever" shirt is switched with a onesie he meets Archer. Soren is tired of being alone and wants the happiness that his friends have. When Archer and Soren meet the second time, sparks begin to fly. This is their story. I liked how Archer and Soren complimented each other so well. This book is very well written and easy to read. I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

Super cute and lovely story.
Archer didn’t have the best taste in men, that is until he meets the best daddy possible for him. It was fate they met because a bag got mixed up. what Archie thought he was picking up was a onesie that he won at Club chained but it turned out to be a T-shirt for a bestest daddy. So when he went to hand it back, that is when he met the gorgeous daddy that changed his life. It’s very clear to say that these two hit it off straight away. I liked that they had big and little time and their communication skills. they could talk about everything. Archie sometimes got insecure, and his daddy was the perfect man to listen and reassure him. They make a beautiful couple, another fantastic sweet book in the series.

This book is another good read in the series. Soran is happy for all of his friends but being best man for Bridger's wedding has him wanting a Little of his own. Archer would like a Daddy but he doesn't need one to be himself. When a mix up with an order occurs, these two meet and connect. But, it takes another chance meeting for them to actually make a date. The rest if the book has the fun getting to know each other and play times with a few other fun things thrown in. I enjoyed how Bridger and Hudson figured into this book too. I love Bridger and his crocheting. So, get this next book and see another couple get their HEA.

OMG! Wow, I was absolutely astounded when I was reading this book, the story had me flipping pages quickly trying to find out what was happening next and the characters were really captivating. This story was about Soren and Archer, the way these two met melted my heart, Soren is a Daddy he wants someone to share his life with, he met Archer at the club Chained properly this time. Archer is his adult name but when he is in his little space his name was Archie he was surprised to see the man from the shop again and that he asked him out.

OMG...this whole series is adorbs but this book right here hit me with the feels. I know it's an age gap with the daddy being younger but I swear, I couldn't tell the distinction much...I could tell that Archie was a little bossy/assertive but not at all bratty...he was the cutest little and so adorable. Soren was a very caring and attentive daddy and always putting Archie's needs first. They were so sweet together and I loved their whirlwind romance. Not too much angst, with a some heat, a little kinky play and a wonderful HEA made this a really a great read...LOVED IT!.

These stories are super sweet and always feature crossover characters so it's like picking up on everyone's life to see how they are doing. BTW, a subplot in this book features Bridger and Hudson getting married.

In this one, Archer wins a custom designed onesie at the club and when he picks it up he finds a daddy shirt instead. Because of that mistake he ultimately meets the daddy of his destiny.

Sometimes I just like to immerse myself in these stories and forget the rest of the world. This one did a good job getting me there. And Archie founds his very own daddy. :-) Sweet.

Della Cain and Kaytea Kat write the sweetest stories of falling in love with a side of tender loving kink. Soren and Archer aren't looking for a full-time dynamic but one that fulfills their needs. Archie is down for all things little, like glitter, trains, stories, and surprise prezzies. I love how Soren knows how to nurture both parts of Archer.

Amazing!!! I am loving this series. Archer is my favorite of the littles here. He’s very relatable as an older little with trust issues. Soren is the perfect Daddy for him. What I find especially great is that their ages weren’t something they dwelled on. It just was. The focus was more on compatibility and feelings which is something Della Cain excels at. Teaming up with Kaytea Kay makes them even better. A sweet with feels read from start to finish. And that last scene…priceless!

This pair of authors serves up another quick and sweet read, pairing Archer/Archie with Soren. While I didn't get the whole age gap/younger daddy vibe, I certainly found the sweet with heat promised!

This book is classic Della - just a hint of angst, a little bit of overcoming the bad daddies of the past and a boy who knows what he wants and the man who gives it to him. This book does mention characters from the previous books in the series, but can easily be read standalone.

Archer is a Little who wants a Daddy. Soren is a Daddy who wants a Little. In this sweet, fluffy book these two who want and need each other have a meet cute and turn out to be perfect for each other. With low angst and lots of Little fun times, this book warms your heart as Archer and Soren fill the empty spaces in their lives. This book is part of a series, but can be read as a stand alone.

Archer/ Archie and Soren are exactly the right boy and dadd. They have similar preferences and are just so darn cute and sweet together with their friends in the club and irl.

This was such a cute little story. It had the feels of a romance novel with a bit of a kink and it was super fun to read. It had that romcom quality of a mix up with an order at a store that leads to a chance meeting and ultimately a relationship. I enjoyed getting to know Archer and Soren in this story.

I loved it so much! Archer is such a wonderful Little, he knows what he doesn't want in a Daddy. Soren is a perfect fit but they work slowly towards building the perfect relationship. Losing his onesie is probably the best ever thing to happen. I love this story so much! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

WOW!! So Good!!

Well written story and well developed characters! Soren is a Daddy without a Little. He is going to be best man at his best friend's wedding. And now that Bridger, his best friend, is getting married Soren is feeling a bit lonely. Will he ever find the Little of his dreams?!?
