The books is this series set in Home, an out of time and space dimension, are always a little less grounded and provoke as many questions as they anwser but this once reveals a lot of good stuff and if you are already a fan of the series you will enjoy it.

The romance is decent but the world expanding is much better.

A rare clunker from this author

Not much in this book makes sense, and I’m not fond of “to be continued” endings. I also had a tough time getting into the romance. Sex with a gas cloud? Nope.

So even the Orb wants an avatar! At least now we get the bigger picture of what the Orb wants the new Terran Nameless to do and the origins of those nasty Vorwings.
