Round Rock, Wisconsin appears to be an average American city. Community pride centers
around Midwest hospitality, historic downtown businesses, and Friday night football games.

Kaley Stone is an artist and now a single mom struggling to move on after the devastating loss of
her husband Nathan Stone. She does just enough to get by while relying heavily on others for
support.

Meanwhile, Matt Pine is doing his best to outrun his criminal history and provide a stable
environment for his fiancée, Aiyona, and her young daughter. A biased Round Rock detective
makes daily life difficult as he digs into Matt’s past and refuses to let Matt and his new family

Noelle Powers was born and raised in Wisconsin. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include yoga, hiking, reading, and of course writing. She is a former firefighter and EMT, she currently works as a school health assistant, and is very active in dog rescue. Forest Through The Trees is her first novel.

This book is a real page turner! I was sucked right from the beginning to try and figure out what was going on! Great character development (some characters I liked more than others). Without giving too much away, I was happy with the way the book ended even though it wasn't what I expected! Love this new author!

She did it again! If you’ve got time you’ll finish this one in a day because you won’t want to put it down! It has plenty of humor, a little love and suspense. No unnecessary filler. I loved the strong female characters and adored Matt. I kept thinking I had it figured out…but nope! You won’t see the ending coming!

This book broke down the characters through each chapter very well. It’s a mystery but also a love connection that led 2 wonderful people together. The book kept me hooked and I thought I had the mystery figured out though I was missing a few key pieces I hadn’t put together. I can’t wait to see if there will be a sequel to this book!

Gah! She did it again!

What a great read Noelle! I loved the characters and the development throughout the book. A great story with lots of story lines, yet easy to follow. I had a hard time putting this one down! Loved it!

Mainly told from the perspectives of the two main characters, Kaley and Matt, 30 Seconds, follows the events that transpire for this unlikely duo due decisions made by others and ones made in the past. Filled with twists and turns and heartwarming characters (okay, maybe some who are not), 30 Seconds, keeps you engaged, and the pages flew by. Highly recommended.

30 Seconds is everything you want a mystery to be! There is plenty of drama, suspense, humor, even a love interest, and a wonderful ending! This author's characters are all distinct and relatable. They become friends, and it's tough to say goodbye when the book ends. This read was such a fun ride!
