The book that I checked out from the library had three volumes.
This story is about a boy Wataru who one day discovers that his parents are getting a divorce and from there he wants to try to fix all this. He sets foot on a world called "Vision" and he begins his journey to find the tower of destiny so that he could meet the goddess of fate--maybe she can make his wish come true...
The journey was long... ((three books!!)) My friend at work recommended me to read so I checked it out.
I really enjoyed the first volume where it mainly covers the life events of the main character before he steps into the fantasy world. I didn't expect the story to be so dark but some parts were heavy. But this worked for me.
Then after he begins his journey it was okay but I think I was expecting more light and fun fantasy. It wasn't so much of that and it started dealing about the war between two lands. I cared more about Wataru's character, his family and his friends life situation in the real world. I think I would of enjoyed volume 2 and 3 if I were much younger.
