Gail Roughton is becoming one of my favorite authors. THE COVEN is the third in her War-N-Wit series -- and I have loved all three, soon to read #4 and others of hers not in this series. The 4 main characters sizzle! Other characters are also well-drawn and are... well, really colorful "characters" of one sort or another! All are so deliciously memorable! The action is gloriously written, with twists and turns, as we discover the abilities of Ariel and Chad, and others. And, then, there is the cat....
Free kindle book...downloaded it because it seemed to feature bikers as the good guys. Very light, mindless fiction, without any real understanding of motorcycle culture or reality. Glad it only took me a couple of days of treadmill reading...entertaining enough to take my mind off the endless jogging loop.
Third book in the series, not sure if this is the last but if it is, the storyline was wrapped up satisfactorily. Still love Ariel and Chad, Spike and Antsypants are fun, and really loved Micah (Mike)--if anyone deserves his own book it would be him, but that might be a tricky story to tell! Loved this series and continue to recommend. These are quick, fun reads, sexy and funny.
This is a wonderful addition to the war n wit series. It is a fast paced suspense story with some magic thrown in it all so has really funny parts. If you like fast good read this is a book you will enjoy.
