I get it.
I'm a busy mom too. I manage our home, I cook the meals, I homeschool our kids. I keep things running around here.
But I'm a creative person also. I didn't always believe that I was creative. I thought that was for someone else. Someone more gifted, with more time, more resources. Someone with less adult responsibilities.

Nurturing Creativity is about embracing the seasons of motherhood and appreciating where you are while helping you to make creativity a priority in your life.
It will encourage you to let go of perfection, to start small, and to find inspiration in everyday living. This little book will challenge you to make the most of the time you do have.
Time you can spend creating beauty and meaning - with your head, heart, and hands.
I know you're a busy mom so this book is short (just under 50 PDF pages). You can easily read it in one sitting or savor it slowly.
It contains not just my words but the experience of six other creative moms. Beautiful, "extra"ordinary, inspirational women who are in the thick of raising children - toddlers to teenagers. Moms just like you.

I know... There really isn't a lot left to say on the subject of "Nurturing Creativity", but I think this book did a nice job of summing it all up and showing how it works in one family.
I bought this eBook on a whim when I had some leftover gift cards on my Amazon account and it's been sitting on my Kindle for, like, nine months now. (Appropriate, since it's a book about motherhood and creativity!) It was a quick read and I liked how basic and open and understanding it was. It was most definitely worth the three dollars I paid for it!

And quick read but so inspiring and encouraging. I love Renee's blog and I loved reading her thoughts on creativity all in one place.

Love Renee's way of thinking! This really was inspiring to me and truly made me as a stay at home Mom look at my world differently. I really needed to read this book, I just wish I found it sooner!
