Solid short story introducing the Clandestine Conflict world. Similar to many worlds with werewolves, vampires and witches, who have climbed out of the shadows into the human world, but with it's own unique twist. Human destroyed their world and the things going bump in the night came out to save what is left.
The short itself introduces the world, gives you characters to love, a conflict to resolve, and the hint of a romance as the Clandestine series continues to play out.
