The first issue in this collection is total crap, but the following four parter is one of the most ambitious that Bob Budiansky ever attempted. It has some of the same problems as much of its work (large plot holes and a reliance on only a few characters), but it also has a plot that generally works, and cameos by many many characters who hadn't been seen in a long time.
