Most of 'Most and More' is borrowed wisdom, from a lot of self-help authors, but the way it is presented is crystal clear.

The format is: Avyakta's advises and thoughts during different scenarios in his life. Avyakta is just a pseudonymn for Mahatria, much of the book is inspired by his real meetings, speeches and interactions.

A gem of a book

Amazing book!!! Full of powerful maxims, deep wisdom, simple and practical insights to having a beautiful attitude for life.

A life changing experience. For every young person for self inspiration and for each and every parent and teacher to first improve themselves, lay a solid foundation for their children & students. Have gifted to myself & my Daughter & son. Feeling changes within, observing children.

A book worth reading and even gifting. I am thoroughly cherishing it.

I will coating few line back side of the book :

" " If you keep doing the same stuff,
you will keep getting the same results.

If you have to achieve what you haven't
achieved before, then you must be willing to do
what you have never done before.

If you walk the path everyone walks,
you will only reach where everyone reaches.
If you have to reach where no one has
reached before, then you must be willing
to do what no one has done before.

A breakthrough necessitates break with.
Path-breakers become pathfinders.
Abundance is your birthright.
You deserve MOST AND MORE.
AND THERE IS A WAY. ""

The first half of this book is good. Had a lot of expectations on the second half, apart from the "Situational Leadership", the other chapters in the second half are OKish.

One of the best self help books. You're definitely not the same person you were before you read this book. There's a new perspective to life. A whole new set of questions for you to resolve and make the most and more of your life. Avyakta. Truly the word for the feeling after reading the book

Narration is good with things we can relate to. Will sure help to recollect the little things in life which sometimes we tend to neglect. Worth time for people who read self-help books.

Very nice book although the narration started of as a fable, didn't seem to carry through well. The wisdom shared compensates the deficiency though.

My key take aways:
- There are just 2 options in life: Either subordinate your likes and dislikes to the purpose of your life; or, subordinate the purpose of your life to your likes and dislikes
- Never has an expert ever changed a traditional system or revolutionised any system with groundbreaking methods. It is always people who work at the periphery of a system that look at it a different perspective and bring about revolutionary changes
- In a novice’s mind, there are several possibilities. In an expert’s mind, there are but a few
- Thoughts create reality. The cardinal rule is I get exactly what I focus on. So, focus on Personal Abundance
- Prayer:

```jsx
I will respect everyone
I will learn from everyone
I will observe everyone
I will study everyone's life
However, in the materialistic realm, I will worship no man
I believe that I can go beyond and will surpass everyone
I will consciously shun the attitude of being the second best
I am not here to be a second-hand human being
In all that I do, the space for No. 1 already has my name engraved on it. I just need to go for it and discover it
Nothing will be mine unless I am convinced that it belongs to me. I deserve abundance
I am not going to go in search of abundance but I will make abundance flow into my life
```

- What you tell the world and what the world tells you make a small difference to you. However, what you keep telling yourself makes all the difference to you
- Money is a wonderful by-product and a very poor point-of-focus. When your work becomes your self-expression, money comes in search of you as a natural by-product. It cannot be the other way around, where money is the point-of-focus and work is only a means to it
- The greatest pride is to grow in your own eyes. The greatest setback is to fall in your own eyes
- The value of 100 rupees is 100 rupees. But the value of one hour depends on who uses that one hour. So, there comes a point in everyone’s life, when time becomes your most precious resource
- Success should never feed your ego, but must always feed your sense of responsibility. Success is not a status. It is a responsibility. With every rung you scale on the ladder of success, you are also scaling rungs on the ladder of responsibility. Aspiring to be successful , in essence, is aspiring to be more responsible
- Effort without direction is activity. Effort with direction is productivity
- Incompetence is born out of 3 factors: They are lack of information, lack of understanding, lack of experience. Only through listening, self-contemplation and implementation can these be removed. Every one of us can progressively mature from a buddhu to a Buddha
- A place for everything and everything in its place. A time for everything and everything in its time. That’s about getting organized
- There is a world of difference between a problem and a challenge. If I am confronted by a lion in the middle of a jungle, and am unarmed, then I have a problem. But, if I have a machine gun with me, then it is the lion that has a problem. So, when the situation I confront is greater than the resources I have, then it can be termed as a problem. However, if the resources I have are greater than the situation I am faced with, then it is just a challenge. Human predicament is that we overestimate our problems and underestimate our ability to trounce them
- When you are about to give up, that’s the exact point to hold on. That’s the point to go beyond the finishing line. When you think it is over, that’s the point to carry on. With staying power, every end becomes a bend. Keep on keeping on.
- People who fail to plan are planning for a failure
- Leadership is a cruel game. You have to complete the puzzle, but not all the pieces are with you. So, your success no more depends solely on you, and yet anyone’s failure is your failure.
- The leader who leads by the philosophy that there are no `no solution` situations is the leader of the future
- Holistic life: Success is in big things. Happiness is in the small things. Meditation is in nothing. And God, is in everything.
- It is in moments of darkness that we discover the stars. Be a star
- A good coach need not be better than you, but he should be a great observer of you. I don’t have to be a bull in order to train a bull, I just need to know how to train one

I really loved this book. A detailed explanation on all the examples. I don't know how many I can implement but I definitely enjoyed reading though. But it seems easy to implement because of the examples the author has written.

I personally believe, this book is not just be read from library , it is worth buying.

I really understood the meaning of the proverb- "A good book is a good friend. "

This book is all about,

Avyakta, who started his career at a very early age was unsatisfied for not enjoying his life like others of his age. A suggestion or those words from his manager which made him to outlive from the crowd.

A very motivating book. The way every story revolves around one character and the way writer weaves his ideology is so fascinating.
