I found this book quite complimentary to the SOS original book which I have been using successfully. There is a few extra bits and pieces in this book but a lot is covered in the original SOS book. I'm not sure it's worth the price tag, I got it cheaper thanks to a gift card so am not upset with what I spent. However, if I had to buy it outright I would just get the e-book which is cheaper.
Worth having for reference.

Tizzie is one of the few baby advice books that recommend commencing solids from 4 months. She gives loads of practical advice on how to start solids, what solids to give and when to give them and a strategy for feeding solids to identify allergies. Its all very sound, practical advice.
