The Very Peculiar Adventures of Doodle & Scribble by Ken Dunn is a book for younger readers and those young at heart. The quality of the graphics, and the details they contain, make the three short stories come alive.

The most striking thing about this book is the detailed graphics. As you read you find yourself constantly referring to the tiny elements in the image next to the text, finding new details every time you look.

The adventures lead you to meet new characters, some good some bad, with Doodle and Scribble of course finding ways to overcome the challenges they find themselves facing.

The images are surreal and each page is a tiny masterpiece you are tempted cut out and turn into a picture for your wall. Whether buying the book for a child, and adult or for yourself, you'll love the humorous Yellow Submarine-like treatment.
