In this fourth volume collecting The Flash's 1960s adventures in chronological order, the Fastest Man Alive battles members of his infamous Rogues Gallery including Mirror Master, The Trickster and Captain Boomerang. This volume includes the famous tale "Flash of Two Worlds," in which The Flash first meets his Golden Age predecessor.
This has to be my favourite volume so far. Its got mirror master, trickster, captain boomerang, the Top; as well as team ups with back up strip characters kid flash and elongated man. Best of all this is possibly the first meeting of earth 1 (silver age) and earth 2 (golden age) characters when Barry Allen and Jay Garreck team up. For me this is pure joy, just enjoy these characters meeting up and to heck with continuity :D
this volume is notable for "The Flash of Two Worlds" which is basically the starting point of the whole mess that Marv Wolfman tried to fix in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Unfortunately it's pretty much the best story in the volume.
