One can't underestimate the impact of the Walk-Forward Analysis has had in algorhytmic trading, which by itself is worth giving it 5 stars rating.

This book I'll probably revisit often in the future to re-evaluate or improve the techniques of the preliminary analysis and robustness testing and live evaluatiin of a trading strategies, all of which are well covered.

A great one to keep in the shelf.

This book is too theoretical, it only explains lists of actions and describes there shortly. There should be more practical examples on how to perform the things mentioned. It is useless so

Maybe, it's the most thorough book on trading optimization that exists. However, the concretion of optimization has an inherent temptation: trying to predict or "exploiting an inefficiency " in exchange for the bigger picture of cutting losses short and letting profits run.
