Pretty informative book. As someone who has suffered from perennial allergies for decades, it was still worth reading. I don't always know about all the different types of trees, grass, or pollen varieties so I totally learned something. Aside from where you live making a difference, places you travel to throughout the year will also wreak havoc on your allergies, so be smart about when & where you visit. Considering how things have gotten worse due to the climate crisis it only makes certain warm seasons longer. I think it's important to do what you can to minimize your allergies but of course, as a cat owner, there are certain things I am not willing to do. It's pretty amusing how the author mentions this, cat owners are hardcore & we will suffer to be w/ our fur babies. One has to come up w/ a plan w/ their allergist that will make sense to alleviate symptoms, just don't end up overmedicated, that's no good. Worth sharing with other allergy sufferers as folks don't always know what we go through & different for each person.
