While this book is a little outdated, it can still be a very useful guide for anyone who believes they are ready to write their first book. There are some great tips in here that every author should know. Unfortunately, after I've already written 13 books, this was not helpful to me. I already do almost everything that the author advises as a guide and I learned through trial and error. Still, I suppose it was reassuring to know I am on the right path with my writing.
