There were some good nuggets in this book, but overall I found the organization of the information confusing and repetitive. I feel like the book could have been significantly shorter to be honest. There are several parts that I thoroughly enjoyed and some big “aha” moments which is why I’ve still rated three stars. 🩷

Finding this book as well as Tami's Wild Feminine have totally changed my relationship to my own feminine self, my self-expression and motherhood.

From previously feeling disconnected and fearful, her deeply nourishing words, her wisdom and love immediately transported me to a place of strength, faith and confidence. She magnificently touches that place of wildness inside each of us, and encourages us to believe in our power from the inside, from that place that is naturally ours.

It has been for me a long personal journey, and one of the gifts life has given me lately is this book. Considering and embracing motherhood has become a delight, a precious gift, and that is something I could not imagine some years ago.

I believe any woman will benefit from reading this book, even if she has not experienced or is not planning to experience motherhood. Tami's words are soothing, inspiring and life-changing in so many ways.

Thank you for this piece of generous creation.

Completely tied to the gender binary and the bullshit dichotomy of “masculine” and “feminine.” As a non-binary gender abolitionist, I felt physically revulsed at least once. Still, the spiritual perspective on birth and energy medicine really fascinated me, and a lot of the imagery and suggestions were actually lovely. I couldn’t recommend the book to anyone because of the harmful gendered content, but I did finish it and I liked the emphasis on intuition and connection.

I will be adding this book to my home library! I felt motivated and inspired each time I read, to seek a greater & soulful connection with myself, my child/ren and my partner. It helped to reframe the “work” that oftentimes can leave motherhood feeling relentless and tiresome into a beautiful opportunity and invitation for growth and creativity. I also very much appreciated the practices and resource recommendations throughout the book.

Beautiful book!! ❤️🙌🏻 I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! 🌟 Fantastic to help you tap into the spiritual and energetic side of mothering! Wish I would have read this while I was pregnant, but it is fantastic for mothers with kids in any age group. This is definitely going to be a book I will reference to over and over.😌❤️

This is a book that everyone with a pelvic floor should read, but especially if you have children. The tools she provides to move more into feminine energy in a world where masculine energy is celebrated, are invaluable. A beautiful reminder of the gift motherhood is.

I have been moved by the power of Tami Lynn Kent's first book, "Wild Feminine". Seeing clients and friends transformed by the information and ritual there. Feeling satisfied with her first book...I dove into this one hungry again to know another level of the sacred feminine. This is the book that has been missing. Yet I had no idea until I read it. Kent takes us into the vibration energy of motherhood and yet she provides practical advice and insight to the physical experiences of birth and motherhood only the way a physical therapist can. The balance of body info and spiritual is amazing. It is right for all mothers no matter what stage of parenting they are in.

I did not enjoy this book, though I did not realise that it was by the same author as Wild Feminine - and I did not enjoy that book either.

I just can't access her work and struggle to follow her words. One thing I took from this is setting the boundaries to refill your cup as a mother when it gets empty. The author uses the example of when she has her cup of tea and her children know not to interrupt her whilst she drinks it in peace as her moment of tranquil peace and "me-time". I will definitely be finding my own example fo this to incorporate into my life.
