Raamat on põgus ülevaade töövestlusest ja selle läbiviimisest. Lisaks vestluse läbiviimisele käsitleb autor ka tööle kandideerja isikuomaduste ja käitumismustrite jälgimist ning testide kasutamist töövõtuvestluses. Hea ülevaade, mida iga firma juht, kellel on ees töövestluse läbiviimine peaks lugema. Eriti tähtis osa Eesti firma personalijuhtidele on peatükk, mis käsitleb tööle mittesobivate kandidaatide väärilises kohtlemises.
