Seven Forevers

Rate this book
Seventeen-year-old Maya Shea had been dreaming of finding her soul mate for as long as she could remember, but she wasn’t expecting the unusual way that he would come into her life, nor could she have imagined the roller coaster ride that would be thrust upon her from the instant their paths crossed.

Maya couldn’t have predicted that Kellan, with the unmistakable sparking blue eyes from her dreams, was from a distant planet. Though their love is forbidden by Kellan's world, no obstacle can stop them from being together, not Kellan's family, or the hostile stranger who pursues Maya.

Seven Forevers is a fantasy romance novel that will capture the hearts and imaginations of young adult and adult readers alike. It is at its core, a passionate love story about two souls who were meant to be together despite the impossible obstacles they face.

This book fell into my hands as a part of my Sisterhood of the Traveling Paperbacks club. To be honest if I walked by this book in a store I would not have given it a second look. The cover didn't do a thing for me, and yes as sad as it is if I do not know anything about a book I may let a cover pull me to it to decode to read the back of the book and check it out.
I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the book and how fast I read it. I have always been a fan of the fantasy or sci-fi fiction world so I really enjoyed this. Sometimes a reality escape is just what you need. I loved all of it up until the very end when suddenly everything felt like it was on fast forward and the book was just trying to be rushed to be completed. The end was so abrupt, I was left feeling like part of the book was missing. Perhaps one day there will be a sequel.

Very well done! It was hard to get into at first, but once I started reading it I could not set it done. Definately worth reading.
