I'm only rating this on authenticity. there's only a few recipes in this book that you could actually buy in Mexico, almost none from Oaxaca. Nope nope nope

Awesome book. It really explains mexican cooking and ingredients well! I only took off 1 star as some of the ingredients are hard to find in Australia. It has made me seriously think about growing my own chillis!
