This is a great how-to guide for facilitating book discussions. Even though the book was published in 1992, it has a lot of valuable advice and resources that still apply to leading book discussions today. If this book were to be updated, it would be useful to include current title suggestions for book clubs as well as online resources for background research. Overall, though, a solid piece of work.

An excellent basic introduction to how to lead a book club. The focus is clearly on groups in public libraries.
