Originally hailing from Mississippi, Keegan Kennedy is a writer based out of Memphis, TN. As a child, sometimes his active imagination was the only friend that he had. Following a degree in History from the University of Southern Mississippi, Keegan floated around the corporate while dreaming of telling stories. His first novellas were in the arena of male-for-male erotica and romance. His earlier efforts were soon followed by success when his novel, Homecoming, went to Number One in on the LGBT charts in four countries: Germany, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He has a knack for uncovering love and romance in the darkest of places. With a tendency toward the melodramatic, he does more than arouse or excite the reader - he engages them.

His current release is the epic novel: The Harbinger – a chilling, apocalyptic tale of survival that decimated stereotypes and shocked his fans. Upcoming works include – a TBA romance between two anti-heroes. And by popular demand, he is re-mastering his older novellas into his new anthology series, the cheekily-named: Smooth Jocks and Gruff Jocks.

"I want to sincerely thank all of my readers! Because of you, I have spoken to and made new friends from across the globe on every continent with the exception of Antarctica - to my knowledge. Your kind words and encouragement have meant the world to me. I answer all emails, so feel free to contact me."

This was surprisingly sweet. Unsurprisingly hot. I loved how dominating Hank was and I shocked myself when he used feminine words to describe Austin’s anatomy. I especially loved that he asked Austin to be his wife considering this guy is as blue collar as you can get. I would’ve loved this to be far longer.

Who wouldn't be a wife for this man when he says

“Don’t give a man that cherished gift of your…uh…rear end…without him being real special to ya. Dirk Jackson is no good white trash and he would make all sorts of promises to get what he wanted from ya. Austin, you got ya a real, tender heart, and I won’t let him hurt you like that. So, if you got them inclinations, you should save that special gift until you find the…uh…man of your dreams.”

First off. I feel ripped off. I open the file to see 24 pages and halfway through, the book ends. The other half is publicity for the author's other books. Moving past that, not sure how to rate this. I gave it 3 stars because I found the sex scenes hot. But the story itself, not so much. 2.5 star and I was nice enough to round it off to 3.

Still, if the installments are that short, I might try the second one also, just to see what else these two are up to.

My least favorite book that I’ve read by Keegan Kennedy. The first part was ok, but the second two parts were so contrived that I found myself skimming. I did manage to finish.

People said "Don't judge a book by its cover!" well, sorry, that's usually how I pick up my next book to read...

I came across by accident when I research my next new book to read and I found this one, sexy hung cover with a interesting title, so I downloaded the sample and I got hooked... and then I went to buy the full version right after.

normally I am not really into BDSM kind of stories, but there was something about the way this author wrote, he just got into me like no other m/m erotic author does. I really loved the way he wrote and enjoyed reading this hot erotic story very much.

I didn't have a problem with the subject matter, they loved each other and only had 24 years between them, so I thought that aspect was good (I'm making an effort to read more kink). But the execution, the writing, made me laugh...at it. After the first couple of pages of explanations, it seemed stilted and too contrived. I didn't connect with the characters one bit. Within the few pages, there were three mentions of Hank's 10 1/2 inches, lots of unnecessary exclamation points, and dialogue that sounded awkward. Maybe some people do speak like that, but for me those things just made this story farcical for me.

A book written for the fantasy of daddy and legal boy relationships. I love to see larger and smaller man on man sex sex, but somehow reading about it is not my cup of tea, or maybe it is because this is basically a scene set up for erotic writing.

The cover is really appealing...the bdsm parts were a bit disturbing but at the same time it was a bit hot. I kind of felt like Austin was being taken advantage of by his step-father even though he consented to being with Hank and answering to his every beck and call. Just a warning to others readers: Austin's first time with Hank can seem like rape depending on the reader's perspective since Austin can't talk after he consents to Hank. For me it, it was borderline and I just thought of it as really really rough sex.

SMEGMA???

This story knows exactly what it wants to be. It’s pure camp after a certain point. The dialogue is clumsy and low-quality porny, the relationship is super questionable (jailbait, pseudo-incest, strict gendered roles and feminizing of a man, power imbalance, isolation and lack of external support system), but it knows that. It wants to be that. This is like if AI wrote a short story about the fantasy of being a gay malewife. It’s not meant to be looked at any deeper than surface level. And I have to respect it.

This book felt like I was reading fanfiction written by a teenager. I also don't understand why he didn't refer to him as his "husband" This is not a series I am interested in continuing to pursue even though there is more.

Ok, 2.5 because I finished it, although I can't imagine why I'd read Part 2.
A completely by-the-numbers wish-fulfillment fantasy, consisting mostly of cliches.
Does the job, though, if this is your thing. I did a lot of skipping after the halfway mark.

Total PWP folks. Stepfather puts the moves on willing boy right after his eighteenth birthday. They marry and live in a salacious happy ever after with just a few bumps in the road. There's way too much repetition in each new chapter set-up.

I bought this book because the thing on Amazon said it was one of the top rated books in its genre. After reading it I'm confused as to why. Although I liked where the story started it quickly got so weird I didn't want to finish it and luckily for me its short. Terrible book I wish I could get my money back.

I think this is one of the few books to give me that squee factor. It was just a little too much for me and I wasn't comfortable with how Austin was being treated. It sounds like Hank really cares for him but then why hurt him? Oh well... that's just me!

I like that this author is an actual "gay male" writing a story about gay males, but this one wasn't for me. I just felt sorry for Austin. The Step Dad just seemed more like a manipulative predator than a sexy dom.

He also said he tasted his "Smegma". Um, I REALLY CAN'T!

This book is both disgusting and filthy. I love a good gay romance novel but this was not one. Some of the acts performed in the book almost made me throw up. Also the way the step father went after the step son bordered on incest. This isa disturbing tale that I would like to forget.

Mmmm. Kinky and taboo-ish. Well written. I liked it and would love to read the rest of the series. 'course, I didn't get any the step jag jag to be so rough...still, very hot, since the boy liked it.

This book is an erotic fantasy and should be read as such. The plot only makes any sense if you read it that way.
