SO TABOO. SO HOT. High on spice, low on plot but delicious all the same. Definitely worth reading if you’re okay with extremely taboo relations (dad/son/daughter/uncle).

But her stepmom is pissed and threatens to expose what's going on. So when her uncle comes to talk to them about it, she decides she wants him too.

A reverse harem -- taboo style! lol

This was just lots of taboo spice. Not much else. It was quite steamy though.

I can't say there's much buildup or relationship going on. Of course they all say they're in love, but it's mostly just sex. haha

I did enjoy it for what it is and I'm looking forward to reading part two now that Uncle Chase has become involved. ;)

I’ve noticed that with taboo books, the synopsis usually says more than readers ever will. You already know what you’re getting into. So let’s not pretend innocence here — if you read this, it’s because you saw the synopsis and still clicked.

This is definitely a dark and taboo story. Yes, it’s disturbing at times. Yes, it crosses lines. And it does exactly what it promises in that sense.

However, I only gave it two stars.

Not because it failed at being taboo — it absolutely delivers on that. But because, structurally, it feels stretched. The story could have easily been told in one book. Instead, it was divided into two, and honestly, it feels unnecessary. It gives the impression that it was extended just for the sake of having a sequel.

I haven’t read the second part yet, so I can’t fully judge the overall arc. But based on this first installment alone, it didn’t feel strong enough to justify being split.

If you’re into dark, morally complicated stories, you might still find it interesting. But for me, it wasn’t compelling enough beyond the shock factor.

It’s more of a menage than a RH since it’s primarily daughter (Ava), son (Hades) and father (Eliot) until the very end when Eliot’s brother, Chase joins the group.

Ava just turned 18 and knows exactly what she wants no matter how wrong it is. Super hot and filthy. Minimal plot. Not sure how Ava can go from being a complete virgin to taking two guys at the same time but I’ve come to realize that these sexual scenarios are not always plausible so just sit back and enjoy! 😉
